Roseville DMV

Today was another successful visit to Roseville DMV but this time it was to complete my Disabled Person’s Parking Identification Placard registration, in which my service window representative, Sherri, was very helpful, courteous, informative, and expedient. I came to this particular DMV location due to my previous horrible visits at the DMV Auburn location, so now all my DMV needs are being handled professionally, accurately, and respectfully.

Thank you Sherri for your professionalism that you demonstrated with me today, and thank you DMV Roseville to hire, train and maintain excellence in your staff.

I do not have appointment today, but was able to accomplished getting my driver’s license and car registration in less than 2hrs. But I encourage you to book an appointment for faster transaction. Staff were very approachable, helpful, professional and accommodating. I hope they stay the same. My overall experience was great! Very efficient!

Today, was a returned visit within a couple of months, but this time it was for my driver’s license renewal, and it wasn’t crowded, and once again, Great Customer Service as my previous visits. Congratulations and Hats off to the staff and management for training their staff to be professionals, knowledgeable, caring and efficient. Praises to you guys!! (P.S. Jim, you are the Best!)

This is the best DMV. Great service, and shortest wait times. I have never waited over an hour. Even when the wait time said it would be 2.5 hours it was only 45 minutes and that was without an appointment.

Didn't have a very long wait to be seen. The customer service was satisfactory and pleasant but wasn't able to complete my registration due to back fees. Unfortunately it happens but I will b back in a couple months to pay the fees and get her tagged.

Clean place, wait sucks but usually not more than 1 hr. They have nice restrooms should you need them...

As far as the DMV goes, the wait time is good. Always look on Google ahead of time to get a good idea of wait time. (It's fairly accurate)

The employees there are nice and helpful; they will do what they can to answer your questions even if it means having another employee help out.

The building is clean and easy to find as well.

Didn't have appt, it only took 40 mins. The lady told me what was wrong with my regs and proof of insurance, the O was reading as a 0, in the VIN so it was rejected every time!!

Quick service! No appointment needed. Waited about 20 minutes. About 15 to 17 windows all open and fairly quick service

Since I have an appointment 7/10 at 11:40AM and came early, I did not really wait that long. The representatives that helped me Julie at Window 22 and the photographer were very pleasant when I renewed my DL with Real ID. They provided great customer service.

I was in and out in exactly one hour! I had an appointment though so that probably helped. Julie was great. All employees I dealt with were really nice. From the person who checked me in to the person taking my photo. I was regretting going but it was fine!

Easy to make appointments even for the same day. I was seen at my 1030 appointment time. The gentleman who assisted me was courteous. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Much different experience from years past. Very happy customer today!!!

Surprisingly, it was well organized and not crowded. The people we interacted with were very friendly.

Nice environment. Employees get you in and out with profiency and professional attention.

Once you get through the line, they are fast and knowledgeable compared to the other 6 states I have lived in, and way better than anything in Europe.

Great location. Fast and convenient! Almost everything is done electronically, so I was only there 30 min. Staff are always kind and helpful

With an appointment to renew, and take the exam, and eye exam I was in and out of this DMV in less then 2 hours, and everyone was so professional and courteous.

Had to do some transfers Just moved back from out of state. I also needed to transfer my CDL almost just went back to a regular DL due to having to retake all the tests, frustrated a little but Kathy one of the ladies talked me out of it and I took the tests and passed, all good. She also helped me with the transfers Very patient and knowledgeable Not only helping me but training the young lady next to her. My experience over a few days of interactions working out solutions was exceptional.
