I have not eaten here in a longtime. It was delicious. Chris the young gent who took our order was so pleasant, kind, and super respectful. When you say thank you. They respond my pleasure. That is such a wonderful sign of respect. Well done Chick-fil-A!! No wonder the line is always out the door! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯🚀❤🙏

I ordered my food I put in the Pleasant Grove address on the app for some reason it went to Sierra College. I went in to pick up my order which was not of course available. The girl that worked there called the manager over and question the manager helped me got my correct food And took care of everything so fast. I was very impressed by the customer service and I’ve never had a bad sandwich or food from Chick-fil-A. Always good kids working there good people and never a hassle always smiles.

Nice place, clean, quick and good quality food for a fast food chain. Family friendly, they have child seat available, decent kids menu and lovely table covers with animals, and we got a seasonal story book with our order. Food was very good for a fast food chain, chicken was juicy and tender, veggies and fruit salad fresh. Restrooms were also clean, with changing table available.

Right away, I want to say - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ❤ I came with kids, so tired and so much was going on that evening and we left this place so happy thanks to the person on the register and awesome food. Thank you guys, you are the best 👌

Best customer service I have seen in a long time, my gift card wasn't working which should have been for 10 bucks.

Luckily the manager was kind enough to honor my gift card amount and give me the food anyway.

Top tier service, nothing less I'd expect from Chic-fil-a.

My first time visiting in store and I’m super impressed! Two employees really stood out to me, Ellis and Angelina. Both extremely friendly and kind, offered amazing recommendations & provided excellent customer service. I will most definitely be coming back specifically because of the both of them.

"Great Chicken Nuggets for Chicken Fans"

My husband is a huge fan of chicken nuggets, and this place really impressed us! The nuggets were fantastic—juicy, soft, and incredibly delicious. Definitely a must-try for anyone who loves chicken!

The line outside was very long, and I went to dine in, and they brought my food very quickly. Nice and hot. My food tasted great! I love the fires they have with their Chick-fil-A sauce.

This store is so speedy im able to mobile order, leave my work, drive 7 minutes there, get my food, drive 7 minutes back to work, and eat my food all before my 30 minute lunch is over. LOVE IT!

I been to Chick fil las from west coast to east coast. The consistency is crazy. The environment is always good, no mad workers.

The guy who took our order name Joel was very pleasant and have a great personality and a cute smile to match. He gave us great service and always smile when he takes our orders. I am very happy with his great service. He had made my morning so pleasant.
