Walmart Supercenter

Store was pretty clean and organized. Several cashiers/check-out lanes were available as well as a few self-service kiosks.
For a Saturday afternoon, the store wasn’t super crowded. Bizarre to see a driverless floor cleaning machine moving around the store(see photos)

Nice and clean Walmart to shop at. We stopped by to take a look at the Christmas tree but unfortunately we came here too late and they already locked the gate. But we shopped around and people working here have excellent customer service so we will definitely come back again soon!

Lots of parking. Store is a little bear up since it's so busy but overall good for my needs. Staff pretty much kept to themselves. Cashier ladyy was very serious about cleaning after customer, which I can appreciate.

The people in the auto department are great with service and also jumped my car after they were closed

Walmart Supercenter showcases the mighty power of community appreciation by tailoring products that are popular and personal. I enjoy the many product selections for ethnic hair care. Reasonably priced products are essential in the psychological growth of one's mindsets.

This is the best Walmart, well stocked, great staff, helpful staff, and a good vibe. I usually spend a couple of hours there and have to read lots of food labels because you really need to know what's in the food you're buying. I highly recommend this particular Walmart.

My visit here was great the aisles were nice and clean also the store, didn't really have any interaction with any associates, I was able to locate everything I was looking for and easily hit the self checkout line.

It is convenient to stop gas up the car and find what I need at the store with out dealing with traffic much of the time. The usually have what I need with a large variety of products.

This cake was for my mother's 75th Birthday Party! It was absolutely perfect! Guest were raving about how great it looked and everyone wanted to know where I got it. Flavors you picked for cake was delicious everyone enjoyed it. Thank you so much Christina for creating the perfect cake!

I'm happy with this store, it has almost everything I need from groceries to potted flowers.

Everything good about this particular Walmart is the mirror image -- that is, the opposite -- of what I typically see in other Walmart stores. It was hospital-clean, which is a slight exaggeration. It was well organized, shelves were fully stocked. No grocery clerks nearly ran me over while moving overloaded, heavy carts full of merchandise. Neither empty boxes, nor scraps of cardboard littered the aisles.

Realistically, this often has to do with local demographics. But it nearly always has to do with the store managers. How tuned in are they to what does and doesn't make a pleasant shopping experience? Do they merely carry a couple of pounds of keys on themselves during their shift, or are they constantly scanning their surroundings for things that need to be set right? Are they setting good examples for workers and assistant managers? Are they coaching their staff when necessary, constantly encouraging their people? Simplified, do they show good leadership?

I believe that Roseville's Supercenter on Lead Hill Blvd is excellent because of excellent local management.

It's easy to fault retail workers, and that's likely the problem in some cases. I came to believe a long time ago that Walmart, as an employer, is pretty much indifferent to their employees. In simplest terms, if they loved their workers, they'd give them better training, improve the quality (or motivation) of their store managers and pay them better.
