Five-star review for Barnes & Noble! The staff is friendly, and it's a very clean bookstore. With a Starbucks café, coffee built-in tables, and a great atmosphere, it's the perfect place to enjoy a good book. Plus, the occasional furry friend to greet you adds an extra touch of warmth!

There are not a lot of bookstores left, but Barnes and Noble in Roseville, California, is certainly a gem of a bookstore that appears to be doing extremely well in this populated location. The store is HUGE, and offers so many more items than books. In addition to thousands of titles of books in any subject you’d need or want, they have a very large stationary section, gift section, toy section, and more! Inside the store or we’ll kept restrooms and a coffee shop with seating. I absolutely loved this well stocked bookstore and probably could have spent even more time there than I did. It had a wonderful atmosphere, and friendly staff. I highly recommend this Barnes and Noble bookstore.

A large variety of books, toys, gifts, and pokemon cards. My wife Natasha got a few books for Easter, and our 2 Sons got the $60 Pokémon boxes...can you say" best mom & dad ever." They have a Starbucks inside the store where you can sit , read, or shop, oh yeah... have some coffee. Yummy!!!

The staff have always been friendly. A few times I have brought my dad from hospice in a medical van, and they have always been lovely and helpful. People tend to stare and not make room for his wheelchair. I'm not native to Roseville and I'm being frank, but many shoppers have poor manners. If it wasn't for the staff, we would probably visit other store. But, he loves books and I appreciate every staff member for helping facilitate the joy of books into his life.

Both my daughter and I shop here often, as a sad result in the fact that our beloved Natomas Barnes and Noble closed or the landlord didn't renew the lease? Or raised the rent/lease astronomically? We have really enjoyed our experience here. We visit on average of every two (2) weeks and spend on average of $300. Our norm is for me to buy a few cooking books, or magazines and head to the cafe..order some drinks and goodies or food while she shops the store. Then I read, she shows me her wants from her "list" she keeps. Then we talk about her books, we eat/snack and relax. We spend 1 to 3 hours there having uninterrupted time. The staff are always on point! When checking out they always ask her about her choices..relating their knowledge of the books she chose. Makes our experience more personable. We personally have spent more than $3.9K a year with Barnes and Noble.

My family and I. We love this location. Love how roomy the bookstore is So it gives shoppers the ability to commingle without standing on top of each other. There's just something about a bookstore that just makes you feel so good! The staff is very friendly. Plenty to look at touch and feel. I love seeing all the kids as teenagers. Enjoy being in a bookstore and how It reconnects everybody back to reading books. The coffee bar cafe area is great. It's a fun setting. They have a huge variety of pastries and it really does give you something to look forward to. The service was good. The girls are so nice and I love how they heat up the pastries and put it on a real plate and bring it to you. It's the little things that make you feel special! The store also carries whimsical gifts, They have a great kids area and plenty of children's gifts and or ideas for gifts? I highly recommend this location. I wish my Barnes& nobles location had the cafe. It really add something special.

Fun store! If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. Books, toys, gifts, coffee. All the things!

Im telling y’all! This Barnes and Noble is the best. I don’t even live in California and I called a few weeks before Stephanie Garber’s signing event just HOPING I could get a copy and the manager Matthew was so kind and assured me he would reserve a signed copy. My absolute favorite series and it’s being mailed out with her signature. I’m over the moon! Thank you Matt and everyone else I spoke to who was so kind. Give them your business!! ♥

There are not enough physical bookstores. This Barnes & Noble is a great place to spend hours looking at books. The Kids department is well stocked, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cafe staff member Chris went above and beyond. Best customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast, personable, and professional. 5 stars just because of his customer service. Rest of book store staff is good, not great, but good.

Workers have always been super nice! The store is always clean and stocked. They always have the best signed books and other options available.

It is a bookstore that has all kinds of books for all tastes and above all the concept that a cafe has and you can be reading and having a coffee apart from having toys and many other things for arts and crafts. I loved

Very nice store, big with a lot of room to walk around and browse in. This place has a big selection of anime figures and toys. The staff were nice to talk to and helpful.

I used to come here all the time... but location is not near me. I brought my grandson here for his first experience with a book store. Adventures everywhere you look. Place was clean, books well take care of, plenty of service. Stopped off at their bakery for a bday treat. Ended up with book and a journal to log all his books he reads. (And a list of his next 11 purchases!

My granddaughter loves books and is sad because her B&N closed in Natomas. It is worth the trek in order to see her face light up when she is in your store.

Very helpful staff, they went the extra mile to let us know that they didn't have the book we were looking for!

Always nice to stop by here like we used to visit so often as kids. Fridays at the bookstore are everything they're cracked up to be. Got the help I needed and found many interesting authors. Glad that it's so easy... you certainly can't browse the internet for books quite like you can here.

Restrooms are ATROCIOUS. I've been coming to Barnes and Nobles for over 7 years. I go about once or twice a month. Every single time I come in, there's something wrong with the ladies' bathrooms. Either the bathroom is out of order or theres no soap or there's no toilet paper, or there is toilet paper but the dispenser is not working, or theres a puddle on the floor.

It's unfortunate.

So many great reads and gifts! Highly recommend you visit.
