After going to the one on Antelope for 10+ years they couldn't make my drink right alot so the mgr (very nicely) told me to go to another Starbucks and I'm glad I did. These guys make it right every time without being told how. Thanks for sending me to this one...its amazing

Very good service, the young man was very positive. I ordered a Large Apple Crisp Oat milk Macchiato, with no ice, in addition to this I ordered a large cup of ice. He was very accommodating to me, plus not a negative vibe towards my request! Wish I knew his name to put here, Anyway thankyou 🙏🏽

I called needing help on a holiday item and was helped and greeted in such a way I have never been at any Starbucks location!!

The girl I called and spoke to working at this location went over an above for me !! I was looking for a holiday cup an I couldn’t describe it clearly I’ve the phone, so I asked her if I could have her number an FaceTime her if able, and she said yes!! And then she showed me her store’s inventory! Abeling me to see the exact cup I was looking for! And to make the long commute to that location.

I sincerely appreciate that customer service and the way I was treated and helped. And again have never been treated like that at any Starbucks, it blew me away.!!! Thank you immensely!!!!!!! For all that you did . I will be calling corporate to make sure you guys get something from them.

Love how quick they always are!! Today we tried all new drinks and they were super fun. We ordered the new strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino, you have an option to do coffee base or without. We got both so that way my 8 yr old can try it. It was super sweet but he liked it, o course. We tried the mocha cookie crumble, pretty tasty and we got an iced passion tango tea lemonade which was refreshing!!

This starbucks is my favorite! Is open 24/7 and they make my pink drink delicious. Is just perfect!!! The customer service is always good. I have no bad reviews for this location.

Went in the other day and they were all wearing In and Out uniforms. I immediately second guessed where I had JUST walked into.

Lately some Starbucks locations have had inconsistent tastes for me on the same drink. This Starbucks always makes it right so I try to go to this location when possible.

Lovely lovely staff and great team. At drive thru 30 minutes ago by mistake my friend order for me cold white mocha late but actually I was wanted a hot white mocha. At the delivery window the girl realized that I want hot white mocha, even if it was My Fall. She, with smile said that she can give me a hot white mocha and I was so happy that after long time in the long line I get my nice hot coffe. Thanks you so much for all team for your service and passion ❤

This is the ONLY Starbucks I know of that has a drive-thru open 24 hours..... I totally love being able to get a frappucino at 3 AM if I want!!

Always such a friendly staff. Orders are made quickly and great communication. The girl who took our order helped us in trying a new drink and did such an amazing choice. The drink came out perfect

In regards to the matcha review, I was in line the night this lady caused a scene. I was scared to approach the situation since she was not in a car. I felt bad for the baristas, they were all kind and were shaken up after when I approached next. She was yelling at the workers telling them to give a refund and I saw the drink with a straw in it already half gone from being consumed. Very loudly she was saying it was made wrong and the who she calls the “manager” was telling her it was filled to the top and that because she drank half of it that he could remake it for her. I personally know that is a Starbucks policy being an avid starbies lover myself :) and believe that is a fair and reasonable solution. Please be considerate of customer service workers in the future, baristas keep us caffeinated and berating them makes no sense if you want great service.

I really love this location. Their staff is always pleasant and their drive through is fast. I live near by and I have the option of driving to this Starbucks or the one on Sunrise & Cirby. I ALWAYS choose this one because they are way better/friendlier/faster.

Nothing beats Starbucks at 2am and some great food. Well lit and conveniently located off Interstate 80 in Roseville this is a great place. Very friendly staff and clean inside and out.

My daughter liked it his location and so will you. It's clean. It's near great Mexican restaurant and of course another boring Subway 🚇. But, girls working there are hotter than the coffee and the drive thru is quick.

As for the food, I like it. The tables are few, but bathroom 🪥 little.

It's charming but know rustic. Free WiFi and sunlight.

Definitely recommend this location for your late night drinks. We have interacted with an employee named Edgar and he has been very sweet and friendly with us. 10/10 experience.

Always our drive thru Starbucks heading home. Yummy chai latte and some cheese danishes! Nice people always and welcoming that work the drive thru. 😊

The new Supervisor at this location is Awesome. Good to find out this is a learning store. I'll give them more grace in the future.
