Quality furniture and the employees are awesome in helping with decisions of size, type etc depending on your lifestyle and needs. Looking forward to my new order of dining table and chairs! Already enjoying the love seat and sofa purchased two months ago and not worrying about having material rather than the leather we had for so many years!! Ask about it!!

We brought in some broken parts from our recliners, looking to speak to someone about repairing our chairs. We spoke with the store manager, Brian, who was very helpful. He assured us someone would be calling us within 72 hours to schedule an appointment to evaluate the recliners. Brian was very personable, and listened to what we had to say, instead of being dismissive and rude. He took pictures of the parts we brought in, and copies of our receipt. We were very pleased with his thoroughness. We hope the rest of the process will see our chairs repaired with the same attention to detail and professionalism as we experienced with Brian.

Great salesman Michael L. Lisa was also very kind. Professional experience. 2700+ but a sweet recliner. Looking forward to receiving my new La-Z-Boy recliner

Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service by Maureen. No pressure sales tactics and she showed us many recliner models and options that would fit our needs. Made a recliner purchase after considering many available options.

Maureen was very helpful and patient. I had a hard time choosing fabrics. She made lots of suggestions. The only problem was at check out their computers kept locking them out.

Bryan was very helpful, the buying experience was great. No pressure, Bryan gave us alone time so we could talk about the chairs we were trying. Bryan showed up about every 10 minutes to answer our questions.

Our sales consultant Steve Holley was professional, knowledgeable, certainly experienced, exactly what we were looking for a no B.S. kind of guy. Steve certainly is a credit to La-Z-Boy and for that, we thank you. He made our time there at La-Z-Boy enjoyable and we will be repeat customers.

Steve was terrific in helping us choose the style of sofa and loveseat to meet our needs. His knowledge of the furniture was very helpful in this regard. Lofti was knowledgeable about the specs of the La-Z-Boy recliners that we were interested in.
We felt no pressure to buy…. We ended up buying one chair and will buy more at a later date.
