The whole team is amazing and welcoming here… but I have to give a very special shoutout to Emily! I was looking for a particular item that’s been hard to find at other locations, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of! Not only was I notified when the product was available in person, but she was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout my interaction with her! It’s because of these interactions that I appreciate visiting and returning to a business… and now this one! So THANK YOU Emily for being a wonderful representation of caring for the customer!

Just went to candle day sale! Woo hoo got some great candles for the holidays. I look forward to the sale every year.

Amazingly helpful & nice employees, pro tip: they have sales in rotation, so sign up for emails & only buy if something is on sale or special. Buy online/pick up in store is also a great service they offer.

A Bath & Body candle sale= a line a million miles long, hordes of people and a great deal on their 3 wick candles. Plus, I had to take advantage of their buy 3 get 3 free lotion sale. IG:SACRAMENTOHONEY

The staff is very friendly, and I love coming in here during the different seasons for different decor and scents. I just went in for the spring selection and everything was so cute!

I love their aromatherapy line. I like their sleep, lavender and vanilla. Candles are awesome. I stock upp on their once a year sale.

Great buys and friendly staff

I got to go to BBW this week and this was the first week they were open since the stay at home order.
The line was long but moved quickly. They were efficient with handing out bags at the door. The shopping experience was a breeze. Everything was organized and clean. (Great job!) and then when I got to check out I decided to use my VS card to purchase. I recently had done a name change so they had to call to get authorization for my card. David, helped me at the register and called. While they were giving him the run around on the phone, David was so polite and talking with me. Even though we had to wait awhile for authorization, David kept such a positive attitude and was literally amazing. I have never had such great customer service. Thank you so much, David for making my visit so fantastic. I will definitely be shopping at this location time and time again.

Always fun to go in to this store. The smells are divine and the choices are outrageous! I ran in to pick up some things for a bridal shower but of course-needed to grab some goodies for
myself! I could spend forever in there trying everything out!

They staff are all friendly and I love their scents. Only place I'll get all my smell goods. Always good sales. I always spend about $200, but I'll be stocked up since I do t live close by.

Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!!! The best experience I've had...The Sales Lady I had was very Professional(knew her products)...I asked so many questions, they thought I was working as a "UnderCover Boss" testing there informational knowledge two more employees stepped in and offered assistant while helping others select there items....I want to say THANK YOU LADIES!!

On a crazy day of Christmas shopping, the staff went way out of their way to help my young son make good choices for Mom. This was great as I have no idea about fragrance. He was happy, she was happy.

The staff at this location is always amazing. They are so friendly and helpful and make you feel welcomed at the store. There selection is always so plentiful and never an empty shelf.

My skin loves this place! I get compliments on my lotion fragrance daily. (I prefer the beach smells)! Great customer service and always great deals happening!
