Always come here for my shipping returns, always speedy with taking care of the line ( if there is one ) and Steven is truly the nicest and informative. The best UPS by far!

So happy that Claudia was in charge of my printing needs. I was under a deadline and needed multiple products--posters, brochures, labels.etc. She handed it all with grace and on time despite my last minute requests. I am so grateful that UPS 3820 allows their employees to stay a few minutes after quitting time to get the job done. Thank you UPS for hiring/training such dedicated employees; thank you, Claudia for going the extra mile to meet all of my printing needs. I am most grateful!

Stephen has been the most helpful person I have ever dealt with at UPS! He takes pride in making sure my packages are safe and secure and arrive to my friends, family, and customers all without any damage. I have probably been the oddball customer even bringing in a piece of glass for him to ship across the country and he has successfully done it many times. If I could give them more than 5 stars I highly would. Shelby has also been a major help every time I’m just dropping off my daily packages or my once a week packages. The team at this store is unbeatable and if you want your package to arrive safely this is where they need to be shipped from.

This had to be the best UPS store that I have went to. The staff was friendly and assisted me with all of my needs. I was able to make copies, package items and send it all in about 10 minutes.

I could not be happier with the service provided and I will return to this location for future business.

I have used this store for so many years. They are exceptionally professional and courteous. The manager is generous and eager to help. I think I've known Theresa the longest, and she is phenomenal. She is also eager to help, and is knowledgeable about all things UPS store. She is personable, often asking about my kids and school. I highly recommend using this story for all of your mailing, printing and office needs.

We recently moved out of state to Boerne. Finding the UPS store has been such a blessing. As you walk in the store, you are immediately helped if there is no line. If there is a line, the staff work quickly and efficiently so there is not much of a wait. Every single staff has been engaging, professional and attentive. Recently, I went in and Stephen was outstanding in helping me with a returning and sending a pkg. Thank you!

I usually do not write reviews however Shelbi was so sweet and helpful that I had to leave a review. Her customer service was phenomenal, I am 8 months pregnant and as soon as she saw me enter she rushed over to help me, she took care of my amazon returns immediately and stated that if I need help in the future I can just walk in and ask them to grab the boxes for me which was very thoughtful of her. She definitely deserves 5 stars for her outstanding customer service. This Ups store by far has been the best I have ever come across, everyone is extremely nice and helpful.

I have been using this location for years and have always thought the employees were great! Last week, Claudia and Theresa went above and beyond when there was some confusion on a last minute order. They were able to get it done quickly, efficiently and the fliers made it to the event with minutes to spare. Claudia and Theresa are the best dynamic duo who will get it done and with smile and some laughs! Thank you for all you do!

This is my go to store for all things business and shipping! Stephen and his team are always friendly and happy to help. They have done an exceptional job with professional printing of flyers, posters and banners for many of my business events. I love that it’s also a one stop shop where I can ship packages, buy greeting cards and bring my Amazon returns! Thank you for always making my life a little bit easier! 😊

This is the only store you should go to if you plan on having an item custom packaged and shipped. I have never had an issue with an item arriving safely and on time. Their service is always top notch and the sales reps are very courteous. Diego is a stand out in this area. His smile always brightens my day :) Steven is a very close second in the smile department. The employees at UPS Boerne have been so helpful to our family for the last few years. They are experts with printing, mailing issues, and our go-to people for special projects. They are always professional and friendly!

So, I walked into this, my favorite UPS location, with a tote full of six packages. I managed to mix up which labels in the Amazon app go with what returning product for probably 4 of the 6 returning shipments. God bless Stuart. He was the gentleman that helped me. He was so patient… admittingly, more patient than I would have been had I been in his shoes. He went through each shipment again with me to ensure it was right and without an ounce of condescension, asked if he could help with anything else; and he did! I had no idea that I could mail my regular USPS mail here too. Definitely 5 stars.
