Amazing team member greeted me
as I stepped in at this CVS store in Elgin, Illinois. The team member was super helpful and patient. He made sure all the discounts in my coupons/cvs extra are card were
applied to my purchase. He was efficient, hardworking and helpful.

As someone who used to work at this CVS, it has grown to be so much better than before. Maria is still there and always so nice to talk to, the new store manager has really improved on the stock especially towards the area and it's doing so much better.

The pharmacy majority of the time takes so long if you are using the drive-thru. Overall, I really love the team members in this location. I usually come during evening hours and the associate usually greet me with a happy smile (not just a regular you must greet kind of thing) and they're always happy to help. Help is always fast and very knowledgeable. Majority of the time, items are in stock. Cold/pain medicine would be another story.

I've read all the other reviews and I think some sound petty, rating a specific store a 3 because it's "basic". I understand that there may not be anything special about it but the store staff can't control a corporate store. Or the 1 star because of ads. That has nothing to do with this specific store but again the corporate offices. As for the employees that were mentioned, I've been in a lot since moving to the area and have not seen a Nicole or Jasmin that people complained about multiple times. Jeremy the manager is always very friendly and helpful. He takes the time to explain things for me. Lillian and the rest of the staff always seem so happy and friendly. If you've stopped going to this store because of past service I would recommend stopping in and giving them another chance. If you have an issue with something talk with the manager Jeremy he seems to be responsive to feedback and truly want to make positive changes in this store. It's rare to find a manager in a corporate run company willing to try to change things or explain why things are the way they are.

They are very helpful and doing a great job.

My pharmacist remembers me and they arr on timr and prompt a clean store and knowledgeable employees they really go far beyond helping people and making sure they understand
