Ross Dress for Less

Store is pretty disorganized. Some merchandise is all crammed together with rummaging going on, other stuff sits practically alone on bare shelves. I wasn't impressed. Update 8/23 gave it a shot at a formal dress needed for a wedding and couldn't be happier!! Excellent prices and just enough selection to find something. The rest of the store was well stocked, more organized and a wide variety of merchandise. Definitely worth a visit!. Update: this place never disappoints! Great selection and value! Much more organized.

It was Christmas eve and the store was packed. I hobbled in (due to my disability) to purchase a watch for my son. I had forgotten his gift and we were traveling to see him. Security notified the manager to assist me. I thought I would have to wait a long time but she came extremely fast. The selection of watches were so beautiful I couldn't decide. She was so kind to give me her opinion when I asked. She asked if that was the only thing I was purchasing and told me to go to a closed register to ring up my item. I never ask for, nor do I expect preferential treatment. I was in a lot of pain that day due to traveling for an hour. She didn't have to extend the courtesy to me but I was so grateful. Good customer service is very important and hard to find these days.

They had a lot of new things and were pretty busy today. Their selection was good and I picked up a couple summer dresses. This is a great store. Its stocked well with a wide variety of sizes and tastes.

Get the lastest clothes for a low price. I used to shop here when I was little but I stopped, I don't know why. Now that I'm back to shopping there again I love it. They have two securities at the front which makes me feel safe shopping there. The floors are always clean but the shoe sections are always a mess since people don't know how to put stuff back where they belong.

Although i love shopping at the stores and finding a great bargain... the store is messy, the carts aren't washed down and the wipes are usually depleaded. The bathroom's and dressing rooms always dirty and gross.

It was the tax free holiday weekend, lines were very long but were moving fast. Store was clean and bright.

Never disappointing visiting this store, can always be sure to get a real deal in the clearance isles.

I bought 3 pair of shoes and a polo perfume.Good store with huge collection of almost everything! Very good pricing policy! Service is excellent and atmosphere is clean.

Beautiful store, the staff are very friendly. I ask for a missing price, and within second the staff was right there helping me. And the prices are always great.

Well I finally found a pair of shoes that I've seeing at other Ross stores in the area in my size.

found great bargains today! I'm looking forward to a Covid safe, much needed vacation.... now I will be dressed to have some fun!

I have found some of the nicest things here including cute dresses, sandals & boots, soft cozy blankets, pretty shower curtains, nice bath towels....and all at very discounted prices.
