I traveled all the way from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to this location to get shoes for that new Hot Light Red Three Piece Suite that I bought from the Margate, FL location, and ending up spending a little more than I planned too because the Manager and the employees at this Location not only understand their assignment, but understand the branding within their market place. As soon as I walked through door Vincent was there... I mean right there dress to impress as if he was the Manager. He said I love the shirt that your wearing, that drew me right in. Until now, I never knew that the shade of color, within the color range of what you are looking for can cause the suite to send a different message than it's intended to. I bought a Darker Grey Shirt and Tie from the Margate location already, and all I wanted was shoes. He educated me on the shoe choice that I ended up buying, and I was able to pull off a choice of a darker brown shoe to accommodate the Light Red Suite and ended up now buying a Lighter Grey Shirt with that Light Grey and Red Tie. So now he gets my wife involved and the Manager Crystal and now my wife wants to shop. I'm stuck at the register with Jaz, Betty, Vincent and Crystal now. The Customer Service Intimacy presented to myself and my wife was AMAZING and I'm going back. If there were to be any changes would that be, is the fact of the Business Suits displays out shine the Brand of Church Suites Displays meaning 0 displays. As a consumer, I need to know what's hot being that I shop for Church Suits.

Despite their online claim of opening at 9:30 AM, the store actually opens at 10:00 AM, causing inconvenience and wasted time for customers like myself.

This misinformation is unacceptable, especially in emergency situations like mine, where I traveled from Port St. Lucie under urgent circumstances only to find the store closed upon arrival. K&G Fashion Store needs to prioritize the accuracy of their online presence to ensure customers can rely on the information provided.

Furthermore, I urge K&G Fashion Store to consider adjusting their opening hours, particularly on weekends. Events like weddings and funerals often occur during weekends, requiring individuals to shop for appropriate attire. By opening earlier on weekends, K&G could better accommodate the needs of their customers during these crucial moments.
