Always ready to help! Needed some specialty fastners and was directed to the right place right away. Very courteous help staff and the store is never very crowded.

Took snowblower here to get repaired. This location in no longer a full service hardware shop. Repairs and some snow, lawncare machine. No open weekends.

I needed to repair a table leg (so the table would be useable again) and they were incredibly helpful, walking me through what I needed and how to do it. Wasn't sure this repair was possible but they helped me through it.

Good people here. Helpful with a good sense of humor. God Bless America indeed!

Just bought our first home and needed some tools for some projects for the first time. The associates were super friendly, informative, and helpful! They helped me pick out the right tools for what I needed and explained all the different options and their features. Love it, definitely will be going back again!

Love this hardware store. You may think it is expensive but actually is cheaper than Target , Walmart. They do framing here and fix lamps. Love this place and one further down the street. Bigger and down stairs.rewired my lamp for little charge.
Highly recommend them bathroom and kitchen products cheap. Xmas stuff.

Staff always helpful. Clean store with nice front entrance with decorated outdoor area that in the summer is used as a nursery for flowers/plants and in winter they sell Christmas trees! The guy was so very helpful last year helping me decide what tree to get and making sure it was on my car securely. Would recommend. Certain household items here can be very overpriced, but I would just stick to the hardware stuff.

Locally owned and always helpful. They have been able to help me with all my home projects, and great for a quick trip for random items. Awesome garden and flower stuff in the summer.

What's nice about this store is they remember you even if its been a long time since you last came. And even if they don't know you, you're greeted warmly and they go all out to help you.

I needed to make a "small" mop for a prop. I had researched on line and was trying to figure it out. They came up with inexpensive option and even cut the wood for me. Lastly, they asked me to come back and show it to them when I got it made. Their customer service is simply outstanding!

I love this hardware store! They have everything Ive needed but I frequent them mostly for lost house keys (too often). The employees are the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered at any store. And this is every single time Ive walked in. The only thing I dislike is the street parking. I suggest going during the day instead of evening, when there are less people parked nearby.

I love my local hardware store. The staff is always helpful and available. The team is also very knowledgeable, I've had a few projects where I had a vision but had no idea how to create it. With the help of the team I've been able to get great advise on how to finish what I started. Would recommend ACE to anybody.

Always friendly, helpful and well stocked. It's close to home for a quick stop. I make it a point to go here for my hardware needs as I hate to see neighborhood hardware stores closing from lack of business. They carry obscure and hard to find parts too. Let's make the effort to keep neighborhood stores thriving! Even if it costs 15 to 30 cents more per item, it's worth it to keep neighborhood businesses going.

Every time I go into this Ace, I am immediately asked if I need assistance. The staff always knows where what I am looking for is located in the store and have always been pleasant and courteous. I went in today and the owner of the place helped me carry some sand bags from the store to my truck, even though I was sure I could handle it my self. He took time out of his busy (i'm sure) day just so I could take one less trip to and from my truck. Great Store, great staff, 5/5.

Sarah was very helpful today in finding us the right paint in a discontinued brand. She was diligent in figuring out all the options for us and calling other stores to try to solve our problem. We left very happy with exactly the right color and even more appreciation for the customer service we get every time we come here.

My favorite hardware store! Super knowledgeable staff who are equally as friendly and tend to remember your face after awhile. Awesome prices compared to Home Depot and a great selection of niche items.

I wanted to compliment your Cashier Sarah. I came into your store with a key fob that wasn't working. She was fast to say "oh we can fix that for you" and proceeded to replace the battery by opening the back of fob (with the tinyest screw driver I have ever seen).
Sarah was so pleasant and helpful! I felt inclined to let you know what a wonderful employee you have!

Came in for paint and got prompt helpful service. As a bonus, I got a quart of the basic Benjamin Moore paint and it covered pre painted furniture very well in two coats and looks great!

Best Harware store! It's like a hardware store from the 50s! You can still buy single screws, nuts and washers in every size! Buy 1 or 50! The staff know what they are talking about and will help walk you through what you need and how to do things. Great paint selection! And the most amazing helpful staff ever! They also make keys! It's a great store with easy parking! I go to menards or home depot for big box items. But if I have questions need something specific or special this us my place! And 80% of the prices are comparable to the Bigger Box style stores!

Hands down the best hardware store chain in the Twin Cities. The best thing about them is their inventory control. If they carry it, it’s there, not taunting you with an empty hook for months like Menards.
