Good customer service and being courteous is not an accident. It must be driven and expected by management and upper management. Of course also it helps to hire and train the right individuals. Best Buy’s shopping experience was superb and my hats off to all the employees and the management. If I have to I rather pay extra and experience this all day. I walked in and I was genuinely greeted, pointed to the right area for what I was looking for. I bumped into Matt who I guess a sales supervisor and he offered assistance. He on his own offered to bring a product from that back in minutes to see if I like that with a big smile. It didn’t feel like I was burdening him a bit. I selected that product and come to check out and over there the cashier was above and beyond in smile and checked me out. I really suggest that if you are starting a business or have a business you should visit and learn a few things. I am glad I stopped at The Best Buy’s and will do it again just to enjoy the experience. Thank you Best Buy’s.

Andrew with the Geek Squad was super friendly and helpful! I needed someone to install a screen protector for my Steam Deck, and after wrapping up another customer, Andrew took up the install. He listened to the work that was needed, and he executed it carefully and with great attention to detail. The service and experience was top notch, and I greatly appreciate Andrew's time and work. If you're looking for electronics, appliances, or maybe IT services, give this Best Buy location a shot. You won't be disappointed!

The five stars are for Emily, the cashier who was working on 11/27 around 1pm. The day before I came in and purchased a PlayStation backbone. When I got in my car I realized I got the wrong one( wasn’t compatible with my phone) I went back into the store THREE times. The guy at the front of the store would not help me. I went inside to ask him if they have the one I need in stock and was told he has zero knowledge. Came back to my car. Decided I’m already here I have to exchange it now. Went in again, asked if he can check if they have the product I need in stock . Was told I would be put on a 15-20 minute wait to get help. I said all I want to know is if you have it In Stock so I know if I need to stick around and make the exchange or if not I would leave and do the return another time as there was a line. Today I came back straight to the cashier and mentioned my dilemma. Emily never gave me any doubt. She was honest and said she did not know they make them for iPhones so she would have to check. I saw her speak into her radio. Didn’t receive an answer and looked it up herself on a phone. Then excused herself and brought me my item. I don’t know why after 3 times of asking the man in front for help, all I got was “ I have to put you on a 20 minute wait” nothing else. Whether that was Emily’s job or not, I think she went above and beyond. I was in and out the store in less than 10 minutes! And I still gave her a hard time at checkout because I couldn’t decide wether to purchase another item. Never made me feel judged or like she could absolutely not help me.

Hello everyone, I’m a frequent customer of Best Buy and I gotta say today I dealt with an Advisor by the name of Austin, he is probably the best advisor I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He is so knowledgeable and so patient and understanding that I couldn’t believe it. I would definitely be coming back to that Best Buy in specific just to maybe have him as my advisor for my next Purchases.

This place is like the Victoria Secret’s for geeks! They really have very friendly and helpful staff. I feel like when they greet me, they’re just generally wanting to greet me.

I love this Best Buy in particular because it has a massive appliance department. From high end to your basic everyday appliances, there's so much to choose from. We were in the market for an upgraded fridge as well as a new washer and dryer and this location had everything I could imagine from the latest technology to the newest colors. They also have an extensive TV section with a Magnolia store built right in. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

This is the best and most polite best buy I have every visited. Everyone was extremely helpful and greeted me and offered assistant. I mean everyone. An awesome experience and will return soon to make a large purchase as I'm preparing to rehab my condo. So I'm going to need a nice doorbell camera system. Ring is ok, but there are better camera systems on the market. But this is not about the extremely large selection of items from cameras to televisions to upscale audio video equipment. Plenty of excellent products here. Other bestbuy stores should send employees here to understand customer service. Awesome experience again! Was posted on 21 April

I returned on April 23 and spent $5,600.00
I simply couldn't resist that Samsung stove (open box for $1359.... normally was $3300) then I just got a fridge and microwave to go with it. I will be back to get a few other items soon. Yes, condo isn't ready, but they will hold everything until it's ready then deliver it free... awesome.

A Best Buy is a Best Buy, what separates them is the customer service and the one in North Riverside had been good to me every time I go in there, and their stock is usually better than other near by ones..

Came in to buy a ps5, was greeted as soon as I walked in w a smile on her face by a girl with blonde/brown hair, very friendly so I felt welcomed. asked a salesperson if they had any available and they said yes, Neal helped us check out. Spent a total of less than 5 minutes in there and got exactly what I wanted with perfect service. Worth the drive compared to the lazy service at the Best Buy in Bolingbrook.

The employees were VERY helpful advising me as I picked out a new modem and router. I didn't really know what to choose, and I was leaning toward a 2-in-1 like I've had for years. They recommended buying the modem and router separately for faster speed and greater range for the same price. Very happy to have my internet up and running again.

Austin was great!!! He was so patient and kind with helping my daughter and I buy a camera and laptop. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to actually find out what exactly we were looking for without trying to oversell. Excellent customer service!

I was in the store to pick up an online order. I got to chatting with a manager Steven. I had talked about how I have been trying to obtain The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Master Edition. Nearly impossible to get anywhere. Steven took the time to locate if ANY store had it. They found a store and him and another employee started calling to try and see if it was true and to hold it for me. They waited for nearly 45 minutes to confirm. Honestly when Steven told me they indeed had it and will put it behind customer service I honestly fell to my knees crying in joy. Now while waiting a higher manager came by, Martin, asking why Steven was on his cell. This was because of issues trying to call and so this was the alternative option. I get that stores don't like cell phones on the floor, as a store manager myself I know this. It was how Martin spoke from ear distance questioning what Steven was doing. I honestly felt Martin didn't get ABOVE and BEYOND. So I was a little upset with Martin as he could have put a wrench in finding this sacred item for me. When I left I approached Martin to shout out the amazing deed of Steven. I could read his body language and could tell he didn't really care, again I know this from 15 years experience. So while Steven was beyond words amazing, Martin was a clear disappointment. It doesn't matter what the item is, it's the service I got through all this. I also don't believe the customer is always right, sometimes we are wrong and I look out for everybody. I wish I could find a way to repay Steven for what he did for me and the happiness I felt. I had even hugged him leaving cause it meant THAT much! Maybe Martin can get some pointers from Steven.
