Kohls always seems to have the cutest clothing available in the young women's section! I own a lot of things from the usual sales. The clothing is high quality and lasts.

Kandi in Sephora is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Best customer service ever— she even threw in a free sample of a product! Give Kandi a raise!

I have had a few great experiences at this Kohl's and because the great job the staff does I have to recommend you check them out, (I pass a closer Kohl's but this one does such a great job, I don't mind driving the extra mileage. I am always greeted by staff and felt invited to shop when I am walking around the store. With the holidays, I had a few returns and each of the ladies I interacted were kind and helpful, not 2 words people are used to hearing when talking about a return/customer service desk nowadays. They even have a bag recycle container downstairs by the returns, (which you can't go into the doors on the lower level FYI) The store is always clean and signage is easy to understand. When I am in a rush, I can place an online order and pick it up at the entrance on the lower level (around back of store), with the curb side option. Between the prices, quality, and customer service; when you need to get a gift or have a little retail therapy I would say it is well worth a trip.

The store was neat, clean and well organized. Personnel were friendly and helpful. In particular, when checking out we found Emma at the cash register to be very helpful, friendly and professional, unlike others in other stores.

Dismiss the naysayers, they can find flaws in anything. Bottom line that this is a huge two story kohls filled with very kind employees, at a convenient location, always with great sales.

This is one of the better Kohls stores. Always organized with good displays and well stocked. Convenient for Amazon returns as well.

Store is always clean & shelfs usually organized. If shoppers would put items neatly back on the shelfs it would help. I saw people digging through piles and just throughing clothing back any place on the shelf. Staff is always friendly & checkout always asks if I found everything ok!!
