Have been to every furniture showroom in the area, this was the friendliest we have experienced since moving to the area.
Our salesperson Kathy was the best! We came in 2 days in a row before finalizing our order. She was very patient and above all forthcoming.
We will definitely come back when needing furniture.

The store is large, clean, and has a good selection of interior furniture in current styles. The display models are well laid out with enough space to walk and check each item for comfort and suitability. It's location at the junction of I-4 and Hwy 27 make it convenient to get to.
The staff were friendly and professional. Maria was a great help.
We would be happy to shop there again.

We were treated so well from the moment we entered. We visited the shop when it opened a few years ago and were not too impressed. However it’s very different now with an excellent variety of furniture very well set out. We found the quality and value impressive. It’s also easy to get to at this side of town.

We went to the store on Davenport and the girl Ashley was so sweet. She help us with we was looking and with all the questions we had. I took some screenshot of things I was looking for and she look for them and help us decide and was an easy time for us at the store with her help. She never leave us alone on any time. Thank Ashley

We visited last week to buy a king-sized mattress for our new bed. Everyone was very helpful and informative, answering our questions and showing us the differences in what was available. We'll definitely return in the future.

Wasn't sure if I needed to create a new one or just add to this one, so I chose the latter. We visited again this past weekend to get my daughter a new mattress; Ana took fantastic care of us and was very friendly as she got us taken care of!

I enjoyed shopping at Ashley Furniture (Posner Park location). After having a pretty bad customer service experience at City Furniture in Plant City, I was pleasantly surprised how great the service was at Ashley’s. The store is not too big, but has pretty good furniture options at affordable prices. They don’t pressure sales and seemed very upfront with what they can and can not do. Sales associate Ashley ( I know, she happens to have the same name as the store :) was very helpful and super nice. She made me feel very comfortable with the choices I made and explained delivery process and timeframes upfront. Ashley made my store experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Ashley and the store team. I can’t wait to receive the pieces I selected and purchased yesterday.

Matt was exceptional. He was patient and never made us feel rushed. We were shopping for a loveseat for my mom and she has the beginning of dementia. Matt made sure to include her in conversation and answer her questions. Ashley’s had a great selection and I plan to go back and do some shopping for myself. If you go, ask for Matt.

Got a really good deal on my bedroom set. Gino helped us out choosing the best style and price. They deliver and assemble the furniture you buy from them. Waiting for delivery before the end of the week!

I had a great experience because of Renee De Soi… she is the only reason I’m leaving a 5 star review. So my mother and I were on the hunt for a very specific material we searched the whole show room and no one came to ask us if we needed help… maybe we didn’t look like we had money… anyways Renee came over and saw us looking for someone to help, she asked us kindly if anyone had been over to assist us yet and we said no. She continued to listen to what we needed and was very honest about everything she helped me get financed and explained everything well. We were going to leave because of a color option that was not available but Renee stole our hearts. She was kind and real and it didn’t feel like she was pushy… so for that very reason we bought the furniture. She was confident and collected and guided us through the whole purchase!! Thank you Renee God bless!!

Thanks to Delvin for a great shopping experience. We had already researched the adjustable desk and matching file cabinet but wanted to see it in person. He was happy to show it to us, including bringing over a rolling desk chair to sit in, making sure the heights would be appropriate. During our time he looked up the owners manual and instructions which convinced us to have it delivered and assembled.
Overall it was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend shopping Ashley furniture and be sure to ask for Delvin. (Melvin with a D.)

I would like to bring it to your attention that there is some misleading advertisement regarding a free base with the purchase of an Ashley Sleep Align mattress. Per my call to the store I was told this is not the case. If you were to purchased the box spring with the mattress and wanted the base instead, they would take $300 off the base.
