Hilton Orlando

We had an amazing experience during our 5 day long stay here. Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very friendly. The have a nice pool and some great restaurants. Fast break offers good breakfast and snacks and has big screens where watching the games was super fun. The fries are exceptionally good. Todovos is their Mexican restaurant, very nice ambience and good food. Parking is paid but allows in and out and was conveniently located. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience here. All the staff were very accommodating and nice. The rooms and food were great here. I would definitely recommend the daily breakfast buffet, it’s worth the money and it’s sooooo delicious. There’s so much within less than 10 minutes, lots of dining, shops, and universal is right around the corner. Same with Disney. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a resort feel. I will stay here every time I go to Orlando!

Great hotel worth the splurge if you want a nice stay near Disneyland or Universal. Helpful staff, clean rooms and shared spaces. Lovely swimming pools and amenities included. Convenient shuttles to the parks and airport if you schedule ahead. They sell admission to Universal Studios downstairs, deals are pretty much exactly the same you’d find online. Lots of dining and activities available nearby, great location. Overall would recommend.

The staff was really helpful and.courteous. The property offered a variety if dining choices. The Italian Really was fabulous! We also had massages snd they were very professional & relaxing. The pool was amazing too with lots of areas to sit, go in one of the hot tubs, down the slide, play pool or foozeball or dine at the bar. There was also had waitstaff walking around taking food & drink orders & delivery right to your chair around the pool.. 5 star all the way!

Very nice stay at the Hilton for a convention. The room was luxurious and had everything I needed. Loved the pool, slide, and lazy river. Great chocolate milkshake! All the staff I interacted with were warm and professional. Easy 20 minute walk to convention center.

Largest establishment I have encountered. Staff was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Walls have enough soundproofing that you can not hear your neighbors. The ballroom area was ginormous! Food four are event was flavorful, hot and plentiful!

This is our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. All of the staff were so kind and considerate. The whole hotel was clean and so nice. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

My family and I have stayed here in the past and always had pleasant experiences but this visit was way more than I expected! On our 1st night we went out and on the way back I really wanted some ice cream. I tried 3 places before giving up and going to their scratch kitchen, which is open 24hrs, and decided I would get some Gelato only to get there and they had it closed too. I was so bummed! But Cladisa, I hope I spelled that correct became my late night hero and let me get some Gelato to fill my cold, sweet craving! She was so nice, listened to me go on and on about my sugary plight, and listened to us about our day of exhausting travel. She just made my night! Then!! Yes there's more!! The next day we went back and they had different flavors and the young lady that helped us, I wish I caught her name but my eyes were in gelato land, she gave us a free sample of the strawberry flavor for my hubby to try and he was in heaven! He's lactose intolerant and can only have the fruit flavors and this made his day. He was talking about it the rest of the day! So thank you to the young lady Sunday 2/25 in the afternoon with the blue head scarf and accent for going the extra mile to make him happy. Wait, but there's even more, this Hilton property really is full service! My family arrived the day after us and we met them for breakfast at the buffet at Fast Break and let me tell you, it's amazing with so many good options no matter your dietary needs. But that's not what made this experience awesome. Miguel, our waiter, was informed we were there celebrating my belated birthday so him and another waiter, Javier, came over and sang to me but they didn't sing just any ol birthday song, NOPE! They sang Girl on Fire as loud as they possibly could and made me laugh and smile the whole time, of course my family was recording so it will be a memory I can look back on and cherish forever. Thank you to everyone who made our stay wonderful and such a joy. We love the Hilton brand and this property and have stayed many times and it's employees like these that make us want to come back. Thank you all and we'll see you on our next trip!

An all-around fantastic experience! The location was superb, rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly, and the pools added an extra touch of luxury. A truly delightful stay with nothing to complain about—highly recommend!

Excellent all around stay. Great accommodations, centrally located, and top notch service. I have a severe food allergy and the chef and servers at the pool were beyond accommodating. The chef was available to speak directly to me every time I ordered, explained the exact ingredients, and provided assurance that I had nothing to worry about.

Had a really nice weekend vacation with my family. The entire experience was 5 star. All staff that I encountered smiled and were friendly and helpful. Valet, front desk, bellman, housekeeping, pool wait staff, lobby bar, restaurant, even the 24 hr Scratch market staff. Hotel bar and restaurant exceeded expectations with service and quality. Rooms were spotless. The pool was clean. Would definitely return.

First let me say ALL the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful!
The Hotel itself is beautiful and our room was very clean and comfortable although we spent most of out time in the lazy river. It was fun and relaxing. Inflatable tubes are provided for the river.
There is also a huge pool, Whirlpool and a slide for young people lol.
This was an awesome place to spend out last evening (this trip) in Orlando.

Worked an event here but have also stayed here. Rooms are what you envision when you think of a nice hotel service is good but not great. The location is awesome though close to everything

The room was nice, clean, and smelled fresh and dry (a big challenge after a wet summer in Florida!). The breakfast buffet is epic and, at $30 for an adult, a good value. Lots of fruit and interesting baked items. Also seafood and a carving station as well as the usual omelet station. We also had lunch in the same downstairs restaurant at a shaded outdoor table and it was good food with great/friendly service. It's an easy five minutes to the convention center via a covered outdoor walkway (though it is another 10 minutes if you're going to the west building).

Great service , clean rooms, Bryan at the front desk was amazing but so was everyone else. Parking a little weird but , fast elevators , plenty of space all around. Wife did not like the cutting of the trees while trying to enjoy the pool, but if maybe they use battery operated gardening tools might be a little better.

This Hilton is convenient to the convention center as well as the shops & restaurants along I-Drive. We experienced just great overall service especially considering the struggle with hospitality service these days. Front desk was great, housekeeping was great and restaurant staff were great. Anytime we called down to the front desk we had someone at our door within minutes. One pet peeve I have in convention class hotels is elevator availability. These are simply the best, fastest elevators I've ever experienced. No issues during the dinner hour or in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I recently stayed here and had a wonderful time. Our room was spotlessly clean and the front desk staff was incredibly polite and helpful. We especially appreciated the adult pool area, which was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

We also loved the lazy river. It was a great way to cool off and have some fun on a hot day. And the chicken nachos at the pool restaurant were amazing! We ordered them every day we were there.

We would definitely recommend your hotel to our friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

First time at this hotel but really like the location. It's near many restaurants and the customer service is friendly. Parking is not free so it is something that people might want to consider. The staff are friendly and the room was amazing.

Very expensive 5 bucks for a can soda. But very nice. Great for family vacation. Bring your own food or go out to eat!!!!

This place is amazing! Very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent food options. Pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The staff is super friendly.
