I love Best Buy. They usually have every electronic you ever wanna purchase even when the other stores are out of the product

I went in there a nervous wreck; afraid of being screwed over. Instead: Jay took care of me! He patiently explained everything, gave me recommendations and options, and I now own a computer set up that is everything I wanted. Best Buy got it right hiring him - and their prices were already great pre-Black Friday!

This is bar none the best Geek Squad team anywhere. They are helpful, fast, friendly, and offer things that I don't even know I need without a big sales pitch. They are GREAT!!

Smallest best but I've ever been in but everyone was so friendly and helpful. A small town feel in a fast growing area. It was refreshing

If you’re looking for a laptop or computer seek out Jay. He was so awesome and informative when I came in a couple weeks ago looking to get a new laptop. He went through all the options with me and helped me find the right fit.

I went to have my computer looked at by Geek Squad and they were super helpful even though my computer was out of warranty and I didn't buy it there. They were able to get information off my hard-drive so I can send my computer to HP.

Staff is very customer service driven.
I would strongly recommend making an appointment before you go, they get very busy during off peak hours, hence the customer service

Faster! They say the night before: pick up time aprox 1:30 - 3:00 pm (next day, sunday) and about 10:30am receive a notification saying READY TO PICKUP!!! Awesome, all as expected!!

Wish they had more advertisement where where the store is located. Luckily I already knew it was there. Was looking for a certain item asked a few people they were able to direct me in that area. Once I made the purchase went outside to open the box up was not sure how to actually use it. Went back into the store and they took care of my questions. Plus learned a few new things. I love it that they're able to help you and learn more things to help the next customer down the way. Love me some Best Buy. Always have a good experience in all of their stores. Keep up the good work.

Went for repairs on ipad. Geek squad was understanding , knowledgeable and kind. I picked up a virtually new device a couple days later.

I had to make a return to get the correct microphone for my YouTube channel and they made the process extremely simple and easy and got me the correct set up
