The young lady working the Amazon return counter/copy center today was on top of her game. Wish I had gotten her name because she was working alone and there were at least 12 people in line. I hope her boss sees this and gives her a raise. Staples is lucky to have her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had the best customer service experience with Nori and Carson at this store. Both were knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. Great Staples experience!

Desperately needed computer help! Chris more than took care of our needs. He diagnosed the problem, helped with purchasing a new computer and made sure everything was downloaded to it. The best tech/ manager I have seen in any Staples outlet! More than 5 stars!

We visited Staples today to search for a computer for my mother. We went to Best Buy first. The prices were higher and Best Buy tried to upsell us to more expensive products that were way more than we needed. We left and decided to look at Staples. General Manager Christopher assisted us here. He asked what our needs were and gave us very honest and expert information and advice that allowed us to make an informed decision. Like many places, they were short staffed. But let me tell you, the staff they do have is fantastic. In the end, we felt confident in the decision to buy a less expensive computer that would fit her needs but also fit her budget. We have already advised another family member to go to Staples and recommend that you give them a try over Best Buy as well. Thank you for hiring people that are highly knowledgeable, listen to customers, and care about their needs. Christopher, if you read this I want you to know that you are the BEST!

At the very first begging, I had a really bad experience. I took a book to bind and when I return to pickup, I almost cry. They completely ruined my book, and said only “I’m sorry”. So I asked to reimburse a new book so they did. This took me a couple days, but at the ended, I took the money back. Wasn’t nice what happened but I’m very glad with the managers and coordinators who resolved the issue. Mistakes always can happen, but What is important is how you resolve it. Thank you so much Michael (the coordinator who helped us), for sure, I’ll come back to store on future.

I stopped in to get a stamp where I could write down my signature in cursive and put onto a stamp due to my painful hands. It was quick, easy, and I love my product. Thank you!! Clean store, pleasant staff.

I have used the print shop about a dozen times for school and have always had a great experience. The staff is very professional and their turn around is always earlier than promised. I exclusively go here for all my print jobs now. Great service and worth the money.

The technology center reps are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in very unsure of what my experience would be like, as someone who's not too tech savvy, and walked out feeling a lot more comfortable and even learned a few things. Thank you Staples!
