JC Penny is my favorite Department store. I have a long history with JC Penney dating back to 1970. I even worked there a few years ago. Always my #1 for shopping. Whether buying clothes, shoes, home goods or cookware, JC Penney comes through. Couldn't be happier with their wide assortment of items.

Was looking for something that was sold out in store. They ordered it online. Could be shipped to home address or store for pick up. Takes about 1 week. Excellent Customer Service!! Thank you! 😊

Easy to get around, they have a great Disney section as well as the Salon is right inside too, sooo convenient! They always have such great clearance sections and selections😁

JC penny products value have decreased and prices have increased I guest that's everywhere now since you still have a mess up economy.

Shopped here today, not to many sales and couldn't find everything I needed. I found a few items and was able to use their 30% percent off coupon on non clearance items. Love how quickly you accumulate rewards. Female staff in men's department was great and very helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Highly recommended and will continue shopping at this local store.
