My partner and I had an absolute BLAST creating my hat for our wedding anniversary. We were visiting Chattanooga for the weekend and I found Love, EROS on the visit Chattanooga website. From the moment we stepped in I had a great time. They really to create a custom experience. We loved talking to you all and getting all the great recommendations of what to do with our time in the city. I’m just sad we don’t have you all down here in Florida. I’m stoked you have a zoom option for custom hats because this will definitely not be one and only from y’all.

My daughter and I had the best time today having permanent bracelets made together for Mother’s Day. Kim was so wonderful and sweet, and we absolutely love our bracelets! It was such a fun mother/daughter date. We cannot wait to go back again!

This is such an amazing & fun experience all-around; the perfect go-to for a girls night, birthday present, or treat for yourself. I got permanent bracelets about 9 months ago that I love and still look fantastic (such a great option because I constantly forget to put on my jewelry, so I'm always ready to go). A friend and I recently made customer trucker hats at the custom hat bar & had the best time with the owner, Kim- who has an amazing eye & attention to detail. I can't wait to go back and get some custom piercings as well!

My salon had an open house and Kim was there offering permanent jewelry. I got two bracelets and when I got home and my daughter loved them!! The very next day we visited the store and we had the BEST time with the other Kim!! I added one more and my daughter got a bracelet with a cute little charm. We are definitely hooked and will be back to make a necklace at the charm bar. This store is truly amazing and the Kim’s make you feel right at home!!!!!

If you are looking for permanent jewelry in the Chattanooga area, @xoloveeros is AMAZING! Kim was so friendly and went over and beyond to make it perfect! My daughter got the Lover chain and I got the Blank Space chain with each of my children’s birthstone. 10/10 recommend!

Kim saw my group on. Saturday evening without an appointment. She was kind and welcoming! Five of us got permanent jewelry and we love our pieces. Def recommend for custom hats, permeant jewelry or luxury piercings.

I’m from Tampa and this was one of my favorite experiences while in Chattanooga. My friend got a hat and I made a hat for my boyfriend. Not just are the hats incredible quality and the process of making them fun, Kim and Kim are the most kind, genuine people and I’m beyond happy I got to meet them while there. MUST see when you’re in Chattanooga!

I went in for an ear piercing. First of all, I had another piercing location cancel my appointment last minute. My sister asked on the local Chattanooga FB page for a recommendation for last minute piercing that was clean, nice, and did hollow needles and Love, Eros was highly recommended by many! They were wonderful at getting me a last minute appointment!

Secondly, Kim was WONDERFUL. She was warm and welcoming and very good at answering all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and considers all the tiny details to make a customer comfortable. She took her time to perfectly align my piercings evenly. The piercing suite/room was very beautifully decorated and very clean. Prices were excellent given the quality of the services. Very comparable with other locations.

All in all, I highly recommend Love, Eros for any ear piercing need! If I ever want another, I’ll be going back!

We went to Love Eros for a company event and we had the best time making trucker hats! There were 30 of us and that is a lot of hats to make and the ladies working there were sweet and helpful with helping us place the patches and pick ones that look good together! I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Kims at several other events and they are always great to work with!

I had such a great time chatting with Kim and appreciate all the suggestions she gave me. She helped me make a beautiful charm necklace and a custom trucker hat. The service was top tier, the playlist was a vibe, and the selection of charms and patches was so unique. I can't wait to come back to Chattanooga to check out some of the spots Kim suggested and I'm already thinking about my next piece of jewelry! Spontaneous drop by after a dinner with my husband in the area. I recognized the welding equipment for permanent jewelry and had to stop in. Great selection of metals, chains and charms. I love my rose gold paper clip bracelet and the little matching butterfly charm. Kim and Kim were so personable and friendly the entire time. I’ve already recommended their storefront and plan to return. Added bonus were my pink Gola sneakers. Thank you ladies!

Perfect outing for a birthday party, date night, girls day...anything! The space is very clean and welcoming and modern. You can build a custom trucker hat, cowgirl hat, or get permanent jewelry. They also have other odds and ends for sale and you never really know what you might find in there!
The two owners are so incredibly nice and welcoming. They are patient and so creative. It is the happiest and most fun environment to be in! HIGHLY recommend!

Ladies are awesome to work with. We had a booked birthday party on a Sunday night. It was a great time with my girls and such an fun experience. I loved seeing everyone’s personal touches on their new hats. So many decisions but once you get what you want all together, the compliments you will receive are worth it! What a fun end to a bachelorette weekend for my dear friend! Everything came out gorgeous and it was such a unique way for us to create something we can cherish for a long time.
