Fast and friendly and most importantly open. Lol. Food was fresh! Solid Mcds. Ps...bathroom is in the attached gas station.

The staff here are ALWAYS friendly. Our orders have never been messed up in any way, and they are quick.

Food was hot, service was fast. Love the lady that works days and collects money-she can make proper change by doing the calculation in her head!! Rare these days....

I used the App. My food came up Hot, Fresh and had the same taste we have all loved to get.

I stepped out to smoke a cig and the wind blew my dress up exposing my whole butt. I looked up and immediately locked eyes with an older gentlemen who was laughing while going through the drive through. The nuggets were hot and fresh.

The manager who works the night crew, his name is Ryan. Ryan, about a month or so ago, happened to wait on me at the drive-thru window approximately 5 minutes before the store was set to close & my being from Muskegon, MI where a "friendly" McDonalds employee is unheard of, was at a loss for words when I received a FRESH fish fillet, fresh fries, and a perfectly made Carmel Frappe!!! I was impressed w Ryan's service that I came 28 miles out of my way tonight just to come back to this specific location because I knew without a doubt that I would get exactly what I ordered, fresh, and in a timely manner. Workers like Ryan and his fellow employees just don't exist on my side of the state anymore, unfortunately :(

I really hope they get the credit they certainly deserve for their outstanding customer service, it'd be a shame to not appreciate or reward an employee who puts forth the extra effort from the moment he clocks in
(**TIP: employees who are appreciated tend to work even HARDER for their managers, not because they love their job or the company, no, it's usually because they don't want to let their managers down because the respect is reciprocated and they appreciate their managers just as well)!

Very clean but there was an employee (just got promoted to manager in training so we heard him declare loudly in dining area) who couldn't take his break without his volume on phone up a quadrillion megahertz where my children and I were forced to listen to a lady with cats named Shadow swear. Entertaining, sure. But not ideal.

I was having a bad day, and they gave me some extra fries.

Stayed here while 80mph winds/rain just destroyed the area. Sturdy building 10/10

Great customer service food served fast and was hot. One thing was wrong with my order but was quickly corrected

Courteous service and staff. Food was pretty good. Work was being done on the drive thru, staff still took orders and carried them out to the car. Excellent customer service.

This newly remodeled McDonald's served nice food, the staff was friendly, and the service was good.

Just like all fast food places...it's fast food! Depending on what time and what location you go to depends on the speed and getting it right. You can get real good eats for cheap, but now they have added newer more expensive burgers. I don't like the fact that all the prices have went up on everything and portion sizes have gone down! All in all McDonald's is staple in American history and will always be great!
