Served in family style portions, everything was so good. Took some home since there was only 2 of us and couldn’t finish it. It is dine in or carry out.

The food was fantastic. The hot sour soup was exactly what I was hoping for after 17 years away from Grand Ledge. The pot stickers were not over cooked, the egg roll was filled fully, and the spring rolls were proper ones. The flavours of sweet, sour, spicy, tangy, heat & savoury, fulfilled everything I wanted in a Chinese restroom.The place exceeded my expectations.

Sizzling rice soup is the absolute best!! Everything actually is! A younger gentleman has waited on us the last few times and he is wonderful! Highly recommend

I have not been here in many years. It was as good as I remembered it always being, and looked the same. I enjoyed the nostalgic atmosphere, and the food was great. I'm a huge fan of the sizzle rice soup it's a must try.

Great food and they have the best egg rolls!

Fast, fresh and delicious! One of very few places you can get huge chunks of white Meat chicken and fresh perfectly sautéed veggies. What a delicious meal and wonderful staff! Yuuuum!

Chinese for 2, my wife's birthday. Great service. Food came in stages in a timely manor. Tasted delicious.

Accidentally ordered the chicken fried noodles tonight thinking it was the soft noodles. At first I was disappointed at the realization that I ordered the wrong thing… until I took a bite. Delicious isn’t even a good enough word. And still piping hot by the time I got it home (like had to blow on it hot). Older lady working the front was so sweet on the phone in person. Keep up the good work house of hsu!

BEST Chinese food I've ever had! Was visiting from out of town and had lunch here. Large menu selection of old favorites and many other choices I've not seen elsewhere. Generous portions of fresh, delicious food. I had the three delicacies soup and shrimp and eggplant in garlic and ginger sauce. Divine! I've never seen crab rangoon (ordered from app menu) that huge, nor had an egg roll that delicious and crispy. The food and service here are on a whole other level. Lunch menu was in effect so I had the soup, app crab rangoon and entree for 20.00. Their prices are very fair. I will drive the 40+ miles to eat here again, for sure. Excellent food.

Really nice cozy Chinese dine in. If going as a couple, get the two person dinners in the back. You can sub in any items you want for the ones listed in the two person menu combos. Food was brought out at good timing, drinks were kept refilled. Great experience.

Our favorite place for sizzling rice soup.

Hands down my favorite Chinese food of all time. Sweet and sour chicken is so amazing, the sizzling rice soup and crab cakes are bomb 😎

It is and always has been my favorite Chinese restaurant ever. It is the highest quality Chinese food, unlike so many Chinese restaurants that all serve "mall food court" or "panda Express" type food. Sweet and sour chicken, beef sub gum, egg rolls, egg drop soup- all phenomenal. Never disappoints!

The fried noodles dishes near the back of the menu are great. The sizzling rice soup... I'd have for each meal and to bathe in. Good core muscles are helpful as the booths are modeled after 16th century confessional.

SUCH a wonderful place. One of my favorites. Owners are super kind, food is absolutely delicious, and they have such a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and even bubble tea!! Literally have never been to a better restaurant, keep it up.

I adore the food at House of Hsu, it's the first place I go when I'm in Grand Ledge visiting family and has been for at least 20 years. I cannot say enough good things about the food and service. Get the dumplings and the beef with broccoli they are my absolute favorites.

This is one of the few restaurants that did not create a smaller menu because of COVID and everything on it is delicious. The Mongolian beef with Chicken fried rice and wonton soup is a personal favorite.

One of the last Asian owned and operated Chinese restaurants left in the area. Good food and service are the daily norm here. The freshly made lunch special menu at $5-6 trumps McD B.K. any day. I grew up around this restaurant. But I just returned after about 15 years. They still have great service and good food. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we were very well taken care of. We have been here many times and will keep coming back.
