John the pharmacist was a true professional. He provided my family with EXCELLENT service. He was knowledgeable, clear, kind, and considerate. I appreciate knowing there are people working in our community like him. Thank you!

Went here on like one of the few rainy days in California for a cheap and convenient umbrella. As soon as I walked in I found what I needed. One of he staff members had moved the umbrellas to the front for convenience. Great job recognizing what customers need and acting upon it! The lady at the register was extremely nice too. I forgot her name but if I knew it I would definitely shout her out! :)

I usually stop by pre Albertsons as they neighbor each other. Sometimes I use the water dispenser outside. Meh!

The pharmacy has been helping us for many years with no real issues, and Pharmacy Tech Kim has helped us immensely. We always leave the pharmacy happy with our meds and vaxes.
The store has some fine people as well, but the push to use self-checkout truly grates. The place is seldom busy enough to need it, and the regional manager should try it with a bad back. I understand the need to help the disabled, but the abled shouldn't be badgered by the cashier to literally bend over.

I was on a mission to get some MedTerra CBD 500mg Rapid Cooling Cream for my knees.

I tried a couple other locations and could only find the 250mg cream. I did a quick search, and found a CVS I had forgotten. The price was slightly higher than online, but online wasn't shipping for some reason. Anyway, I scored two bottles of what I wanted...so now I am set until June... I hope.

Kim, the pharmacy tech there is fast and friendly. Just part of what makes this CVS a smooth place to shop.

Was looking for cranberry pills, clerk in pharmacy was very friendly and offered to help locate them.

Quick stop for some alcohol. Seems like everything was on sale.

I was shocked to know that my 11yr old granddaughter was approached by an employee an accused of stealing when she wasn’t by me, they shouldn’t have accused her of stealing when clearly she hadn’t stolen anything, she had a toy that was purchased at Target that the employee thought was stolen from CVS. Why didn’t they come to me with their concerns, why make my granddaughter cry her eyes out because she was overcome by looking like a criminal in their eyes. Shame on that CVS employee for targeting a minor and accusing her of stealing when she hadn’t stolen anything and is not a thief. That was no way to handle the situation if in fact they thought she was stealing, they should of brought it to my attention since I was in the store with my granddaughter. I was a frequent shopper there, was I said because I won’t be shopping there anymore.

Friendly staff, especially the pharmacy. However, reason for the one star review is that the store is physically FILTHY!! Trash all over the floors. I even spoke to the Store Manager about how dirty his store is. His response was that it was difficult enough to get people to come to work, & corporate wouldn't allow him to hire a cleaning company to vacuum & pick up the floors. If it was my store, I'd do it myself after hours. As a result, I will use the pharmacy, but will not shop for anything else in the store. A beeline to the pharmacy & then out. I've NEVER seen a store so derelict & filthy. Ugh.

My pharmacy sent me here because they were out of what I needed. I gave them the prescription and the lady looked at me, then showed the pharmacist, they both continued to look at: one says no and walks away. The other lady says that they can’t fill this because it’s out of county and I’ll need to go to Long Beach and have it filled. She did NOT look up profile to see that I was a “regular” and have a standing prescription for this from the same doctor for YEARS. She did NOT call the provider on the prescription to verify. When I tried to explain why I was there, I was interrupted - “well you aren’t going to change my pharmacists mind” put my prescription down and walked away. Leaving me just standing there. THIS is how the pharmacy staff treats people. They made me feel absolutely disgusting and worthless. It’s embarrassing.

Came for prescription, wait 30/40min. Ok. Name was never called. Went shopping and got in line anyways. Other people made purchase at the pharmacy but he told me to wait for an old lady which came after me but ok no problem. Then I have to purchase other stuff at the front. I guess I was wearing a shirt that says, don’t treat me like a normal customer. Made me wait for consultation and all she said was to read the information. My last time here. Worse customer service ever.

At 6:45PM Went to pickup a prescription for my 6 year old that was called in at 3:30PM. I was told they would expedite it. 1.5 hours later they still had not filled it and because it was not past 8:00 said they could not do anything. They directed me to another CVS. When I arrived I found that this store had set the prescription as in-process and thus the other store was unable to fill it. I spent over 3 hours trying to get a prescription and ended up not getting it.
