This place is my favorite place because it’s staff / associates are super nice and super friendly! I love the lady name Sam who knows the register system very well. She checked my items out fast and efficiently every single time. She also has good memory when I came back to return she even recognized me!! This only proves that she loves her job and she offers excellent customer service!!

We stopped by to buy some paint for my daughter's senior parking spot and Aiden was wonderful! He was very helpful and kind. He assisted us by answering questions and getting out paint ready! #WeNeedMoreAidens

I've been coming to the same Home Depot for 5 years and never have I received such great service as I did from Tool Rental this morning. A young lady and gentleman were kind caring efficient beautiful job you guys!

Had to buy 2 replacement toilets. Used the web page to get an idea of what was available for what cost. Went in with a couple of ideas on which one get. Had great help from Dave in plumbing. He spent ~15 minutes giving me pros and cons to several brands and models. So I bought 2 Koehler models and he hooked me up with installation too. Price on toilets was lower than Amazon. Price on installation was lower than 3 other quotes I received. Installation went great and done day after toilets were delivered. Overall a great experience. Very Happy with purchase and installation by Plumb365 via Home Depot.

Needed so many items, lightbulbs, fuses, toilet seat, etc. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. In fact went above and beyond to help me. Best experience I have had at a home depot.

Classic home depot. What I tried for the first time was an equipment rental. The equipment actually ended up having something wrong with it 2 hrs into the job but Mark the supervisor in the rental department at that time was more than accommodating. Gave me a full refund but really made all attempts at figuring out how he can help me finish the job. Great experience! Not the only time staff here went above and beyond to help me with a job. I'll be coming back more frequently!

My brother and I had gone to Home Depot to get shelving for my mom's laundry room. Annette was one of the first people to assist us. She was very nice and told us if we had any questions, to come find her and she would be able to help. Then, we met Juan. He walked through the lumber section with us until we found exactly what we needed! Then, I got a little sick and he ran up front to get me AND my brother a bottle of water! I was impressed! I mean, who does that?!After that, we needed the lumber cut and we met Mark. He took care of that perfectly! All of these associates treated us just wonderfully! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Such great customer service! Keep up the good work!

Great experience today. The greeter was nice and right away someone else who worked there asked if I knew where to find what I wanted. He was very friendly. I did. But it was awesome for him to ask especially if I was a customer that didn't know where to go. The cashier was quick and nice.
