Love this place. Super clean and organized. Most tools are home shop quality and very reasonably priced. Coupons will get you an even better deal so look for those online. I bought an electric pole chain saw there that kept flipping the chain off. Took it back to get a new chain and they gave me a whole new saw! Like I say, I love this place.

Cheap, off brand tools, but they work just as good. Ive had a socket set I bought from this particular location about 15 years ago and I still have them they still work just fine. The place was clean, shelves were stocked clerk was friendly, what more can you ask for?

Harbor Freight is an excellent place to get started building your tool supply. Prices are low and quality is good. Becoming a member allows you to save money on almost everything in the store. Harbor Freight has allowed me to be able to buy the tools and equipment I thought I’d never be able to afford. Excellent return policy.

Nice local tool shop with lots of affordable options

The staff here is always top notch. Not everyone there is an expert, but you can't expect that. There is always at least one person working who knows the answer to your question.

The staff is super friendly and I can't say that enough. They are always happy to help.

As far as the products and policies go, it is what it is. Lower quality tools at dirt cheap prices with a rock solid return policy and warranties. So you can really go wrong. There are even some higher end tools if you need them. And you always get something free,whether you need it or not. (Must subscribe to newsletter).

To recap: always a good experience. Always good help. And you always know what you are getting quality wise, if you don't like it then simply return it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came to buy a mechanic cart and the store was out of stock of the model I wanted. I was disappointed because it had finally gone on sale. David told me about the "rain check" policy and wrote me a coupon that allowed me to get the discounted price when the store received a new shipment.

I also want to mention that I noticed that David's customer service was phenomenal. He was always asking people if they needed help and his positive attitude was contagious. He is a great employee and a real asset to the company.

They're fabulous! I love them! Lots of tools, both manual and power, air compressors, trailers. I've bought all of those there and they're still serving me well.

Oh, actually, my air compressor was stolen when some knucklehead left the garage door open overnight for the fortieth time, but that only attests to its quality. They never steal the stuff you wish they would. I'll be getting a new one soon.
