Such a wonderful experience! Came in with my dog and she got a great bone that she enjoyed all night! The butchers were so welcoming and helped me plan a meal and recommended the perfect cuts for the occasion! Will be back.

Too bad you can only give 5 stars. I went in with my 150lb Rottweiler and the guy that runs the place and his employee were SUPER NICE to me and made us feel more than welcome. As a black man it's hard to get that type of treatment especially carrying around a dog bigger than me. I went to buy bones for my dog but left with a new friend and a better place to buy good meats for my family.

Excellent service and selection. Great quality! Definitely will be my go to when I need some good cuts. This tomahawk was delicious! Can’t wait to get another one!! I will see you soon again!

I was looking for a pernil ( butt and back leg of a pork) and everywhere I went they had Pork Shoulder which is not the same. At Finer Meats I was able to find it fresh! I was also impressed with the quality of their other cuts of meats and chicken. They are also very helpful! 😊 I will definitely be coming back!

I purchased “ lollipop lamb chops for $32.99 per POUND and if I recall the oxtails were $18.99 per pound!.... Expensive meat 😂

I was there earlier today with my fiancee to pick up some steaks for everybody at my apartment. The lady cut our steaks to very similar sizes as well as (or so it seems) trim a little bit of the excess fat off for us as well.
The meat was incredibly well priced and well presented too.
Just finished eating them and EVERYBODY loved the quality of the meat. We will be back incredibly soon.

I believe this meat market is the best in the nation. They carry One of my favorite things that is very hard to find Spicy Hog Head Cheese. 🐖

Amazing service. Old fashioned hot dogs, house made jerky (garlic pepper is the best!), and all the staples. I think a lot is from local farms too. I will never buy grocery store meat again.

I walked by this shop on a visit to Mnpls. Seemingly owner operated specialty butch who knows what they're doing. Prime meats, store made jerky and sausage. Tried the rice sausage stick and the regular jerky just to try something. Two seeming basic offerings among the selection, but were absolutely perfect. If you want quality product from someone who takes pride in their work with excellect service, this is an ace neighborhood meet market.

I've been buying meat there for 30 years maybe 35 but it's always been good they always put up with me and I'm a tough customer to handle I'm the one that they make training films about the good people they have good meat and they make their own beef sticks that are great lol

Incredible place where you can buy chicken, meat, turkey, pork, beef steaks, Jerkys, Ham, Cheeses, Hot/Mild Head cheese, Brats with excellent quality and price.

The owner is working more often than not and most days has a good story or anecdote to share. Dogs are welcome and they get some great treats. My favorite is the Delmonico (great for the grill with a few hours of marinade) and the Kingfield brat. Great prices and great choices.

Finer is the only place I could get side pork (pork belly) for making bacon when I first found them. I was calling basically every butcher in the cities. The service is great. The people are nice. The meat is good and the prices competitive. I love them for all the unusual things I can get like side pork, beef sliced for jerky, unusual cuts. Full service butcher shops are a dying breed and I will cling to these guys forever!

Stopped in a few weeks ago to grab some bacon and I am hooked!!! Delmonico steak was awesome and can't wait to try some other favorite cuts!!! Great service each time I have been in. They don't take tips though 😉. I now have a store credit LoL

I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to review this place. Amazing meat and amazing prices! They have hard to find cuts like tri-tip, and the best boneless ribeyes. Their jerky is literally award winning. Try the prepared food from the food truck as well, it doesn’t disappoint. Service is friendly and helpful; these folks know their meats. What more can I say?

The guys behind the counter are so fun and friendly, always great chats! I primarily buy brats and meat sticks but have also gotten some amazing steaks and bacon!
