The integrity of the cashiers this month oct. 2019 are awesome. I left my cellphone on the counter. They noticed it after many customers passed it by and set it in the back office. I asked the following day if one was turned in. It was there. I so appreciate that them. They always have my favorite Cold press juices stocked with a variety of flavors. The store is packed with interesting items and delicious fresh food and drinks.

What a terrible experience I just had in this place. I sincerely recommend people not to go to this place. A young lady is the extremely rude cashier. I asked her for a special on bottled water. She answered me very badly. I asked her name to report her to her manager. and he threatened me that if I didn't leave he would talk to the police and I didn't want to cause a big problem but I will never return to this place and I hope that if 7 eleven reads this he will actually do something because it was a terrible experience fill my gas tank before If I didn't enter for water, if not, I wouldn't have put gasoline in this place. I hope they do something with this rude girl.

This store has been my local for 10 years. It is the only convenience store that is on my right when traveling home from work making it the most um... convenient. However...

The last two times I have been in I have stood at the counter and been ignored while the staff member prepared an order for your delivery service resulting in me walking out without purchasing anything.

I suspect your data shows an online order is more profitable than an in store customer. Makes sense right? That customer will load up on products in one transaction. What that data cannot show you is your impact on customer loyalty and the erosion of your market share which happens in slow motion. Not to mention the fact that it is very likely you have no way of knowing and including in that analysis my (lost) in store transaction included a 2nd (now lost) separate fuel transaction x wife, and 2 teens from Churchill HS.

What doesn't happen in slow motion is the impact on your business from the recently built QT down the road as well as the remodeled and under new management Circle K a block away.

Literally just went there tonight with my brothers to pick up some snacks and drinks, the man at the front was extremely aggressive and forces us to leave for no reason, it was the old guy with long white hair.... Acted as if we were criminals when we had just walked into the store, we came to spend our good hard money with positive attitudes and he totally ruined the night because of his incessant disrespect. They need to fire him immediately

Absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life! I thought you had to have some sort of appreciation for your customers to work in customer service? Evidently not in this store! Disgusting dirty Mexican man, like literally had dirt or something all over his clothes working the counter that wanted to stare at me the entire time inside and a manager that rejected my ID because I have long hair, but short hair on my ID. Clearly the face is the same. Absolutely humiliated in front of several other customers and left to run out of gas two miles down the interstate! Never again!

Never had any trouble here, but once. One-star for the employee who was passed out on shift. It was 4:45am Saturday, October 7th. I could've taken anything I wanted out of the store. I just assumed the employee was in the bathroom.. finally noticed her sleeping next to the computer and a big gulp. Snapped some pictures lol ridiculous.

So last week i went here and got 4 Heineken 24 oz cans and they were under the sale strip sign that advertised 2 forn4$ , when i went to the cashier they were charging me 2 /5$, i try to explain to the cashier that his sign was wrong or in the wrong place and he immediately started to argue with me, i was going to purchase the beer anyways, i was just trying to let him know so that way he could correct it before the next customer, but he just kept arguing with him self. I am a manger for a gas station so i know first hand how to handle situations like this, and i find that this kind of customer sercvice is not acceptable. Maybe 7/11 should retrain this employee.

I asked Greg a VERY SIMPLE question and he responded like I was dumb.
I go in regularly and he's always rude. Normally doesn't bother me much. Today was probably the 5th time he was my cashier and his rudeness makes me not to want to come here anymore I'm almost certain its because I'm a different ethnicity than him.
