The item that I wanted was not in stock, so Missy came up with an alternative item in stock and was able to customize it in store and rushed it for same day service, also did not price gouge! She went above and beyond, stayed slightly after hours so I could pick it up as well! The products and service are amazing at Moon Mippy! Customer for life!

Absolutely wonderful store! I enjoyed every minute there. Eleanor is a gem, almost as sweet as Bella. If you haven't checked it out already, you must go see it! Plan on spending some time as it takes awhile to check out all of the neat items.

This store is a little gem on the north side of town. They always have something special for whomever I am shopping for. If I can’t figure out what to get someone, this is my go-to. FYI they always have awesome Goodr colors!

Where do I began...Moon Mippy saved me from a breakdown. I had a bad experience at another custom invitation place and immediately called Moon Mippy and right from the first hello they were understanding, helpful and asked me what I needed and after explaining to them what I was looking for they advised me to go over right away and they would help me. By the time I got there there were three to four women already showing me invitation examples of what I had explained to them over the phone. I asked a billion questions and not once did they roll their eyes or get frustrated. As a matter of fact the designer Jen came out as well and tried to assist. Even if that meant sending me to another website to get exactly what I was looking for. Moon Mippy staff went above and beyond with their support and guidance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I ordered custom invitations, I had 3 ladies helping me and they were printed and done in 2 days! I told them my budget and they had suggestions to get the cost as close as possible that saved me over 50 dollars!
