Been coming in for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. Usually order from the app and pick up to go....never had an issue. Can't say enough good things about the staff who takes pride in their work. They go the extra mile in all they do. The portions and offerings are great. A true cut above standard sandwich shops. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Man really glad I stumbled on to this sandwich shop. Extremely friendly staff and the sandwiches where top notch. Prices are reasonable for a darn good sub. I recommend the pizza sub myself. I would most certainly recommend this place and can't wait to eat there again.

Great sandwich shop! Lots of variety when it comes to your sandwich, and the soups are very good. Service is quick and friendly, and the place is clean. I like the new short shakes and the cookie on top is always a treat! Try the Mac and cheese with bacon, you won’t regret it!

I thought this place was going to be like another Subway sandwich shop but nope this place is awesome! I got the skinny chicken club with the farmhouse salad and it was great. Looks like I found a new spot to grab a bite to eat. Would highly recommend coming here.

Wow I'm very impressed with this sandwich. I got the Wreck sandwich and gotta say this is exactly what I was craving for tonight! So darn good and filling with fresh ingredients! We will definitely be returning to try more and would recommend this over any place here in San Antonio for delicious sandwich's! Thank you for this awesome experience this evening! <3

Potbelly to the rescue!! Got online & ordered the clubby with a pickle, chips, & a drink. They had free delivery so I decided to go for it. Delivered it as promised also hot! Love it when a plan comes to together. I am currently a sandwich superstar on their perks program, cool. I still tipped the driver, can`t not appreciate that service right now. Nap time now..

First timer and I'm definitely coming back. After a nice hike, I was craving a sandwich and ended up ordering the Turkey Club with a Chicken Salad Salad. It was so good and fulfilling. I saw that they have lots on their menu, both healthy and unhealthy options for everyone.

I had a brisket and sausage sandwich and it was sooo good, moist and tender and taste was awesome

This is one choice of the pick-your-pair meal. The sandwich and soup had great flavor. The restaurant was very clean.

Amazing customer service. JP and Joey were the ones who took our order and made our subs.Would definitely go back. I signed up for the rewards and received a free sub half of milkshakes and did the survey and got a free cookie. Love it!

Bruh, I walked in and the vibe was hip, smiling faces, and a short quick line! Spoke with the bread man bout what the best sandwich was and all that jazz, we both lyke Italian style subs so I agree on it, and YESH it was one of the BEST Italian style sub ever!! And just to hype this b!+c# up more, add there spicy sauce, it's off the chain insane!!

I love this location, I found them about 2 months ago and a week hasn't gone by that I don't stop in. I have not met a s9ngle one of their workers that wasn't kind, no matter how busy they are. I have an allergy to Avocado. A severe allergy in San Antonio (I know, I am risking my life living here, I'm wild, what can I say) and not only have they done food safely correctly, changing their gloves, switching out knives, they go above and beyond to communicate exactly what they are doing and and putting my mind at ease. I have been so many places that don't acknowledge my allergy or me and leave me slightly anxious. Worse, I have had people look at me blankly, as if they have no idea what I mean. I get it, trust me, but this Potbelly location, all of the staff is on top of it, knows exactly what allergy means, and goes above and beyond making me feel safe when I eat there, which is probably why this sandwich stop is a staple for me now!

As far as “fast food” sandwich shops go, this one is a top notch one. The food was fresh, the vibes immaculate, and the employees are SO GREAT!! I came to this location with my husband and we were both very happy with the menu, service, and food. However, I would come here to do school work if I did any of my college in San Antonio! So it’s a very versatile and comfy environment. Cookies are delicious and you can tell they are fresh, and the milkshakes are super thick and taste like they just blended ice cream and put it in a cup. Definitely recommend to satisfy any sandwich craving you have. This location has free parking, so if you’re driving, go the 11 minutes away from the location on The River Walk so you don’t have to pay for parking :)

I was reluctant at first. But very impressive sandwich and sales shop. Very Helmand friendly staff. Sandwiches on point.

The owner/GM of this location is so great. Enthusiastic, great attitude, and somehow makes something as mundane as ordering a sandwich enjoyable. Kudos to him for keeping a happy face on all day. Employees: take notes!

Delicious sandwiches! I had the meatball sub. The sandwiches are served toasted with several toppings to choose from.

Fantastic service and delicious food. Heather was phenomenal with getting my order how I wanted and preparing my walnut chicken salad with care. The team there work so well together. As a business owner I loved seeing all of that. You should go to this location for your next meal, event or catering.

Great staff Candy and Heather were awesome! Everyone was very welcoming, and accommodating. Candy gave great suggestions on food choices, and was very kind throughout our interaction. I highly suggest stopping at this potbelly (down the street from the Zoo). Establishment was clean, and well stocked. 👍

Great trip to this sandwich shop. The gentleman who prepared our sandwiches paid attention to our requests with out having to ask us to repeat ourselves. Great customer service. The manager told us how to get free cookies and we were able to get them durning that visit. Two thumbs up!

I've always loved potbelly since I first discovered it in Washington DC maybe 20 years ago. I love the fact that you can get their sandwiches skinny/thin cut to where they're not overloaded with bread. I also love that they use the best pickle you can find in the south. The pickle comes from Chicago pickle company and taste as close to a barrel pickle as you can find. This experience was great and I ordered over the phone, showed up in person and paid while they made my order. The manager seems a little bit too overzealous and two exuberant trying to make sure that everything was okay when I just wanted a low-key experience.
Potbelly is good for consistent sandwich consistently good service and a good experience.
