Starbucks

This Starbucks is located on Harry Wurzbach on a corner near Fort Sam Houston, not far from the Fort Sam National Cemetery and the base golf course.

I was there for an informal meeting. Service was quick and courteous. I drank the Starbucks venti-sized coffee; others at the meeting had a variety of drinks and food choices. I don't consider coffee as food, but only an addictive necessity in life.

1st drinks from moving to this area a week ago. Beautiful and Awesome. Tastes perfect.

Yesterday was a hot day, humidity too high. I needed a cool drink & a 'lil pampering.

I was thirsty for a Tall chilled Iced Coffee & a warm Almond Croissant - so light it melted in my mouth.. sooo delicious!

I sat at a round light wood table near cooling a/c & enjoyed my 30 minutes of bliss.

Thank you Starbucks for offering me the relaxation respite I truly needed.

I don’t know who was working this morning at 1130 on 05/13/2023 but i just got my order and everything was PERFECT! 😭 seriously omg

Love this Starbucks! Always greeted the moment I walk in. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Not once have I had my drinks made wrong. Plus it’s a “military family store” which is really cool!

As a starbucks addict, i've been to many starbucks shop in my time. Today I went to this one and the service was absolutely amazing. My drive-thru cashier, Kristin, literally went above and beyond the normal call to duty. She had my coffee made really fast and what really impressed me was her empathy and overall positive energy. Thank you for the excellent service and thoughtfulness!!

I started coming here because my usual location on Walzem never has the Oatmilk for my new favorite drink. Today I received a surprise on my bag when I got my breakfast sandwich. A nice thoughtful message that said 'You're wonderful' it made me gasp, smile and say, "that's so awesome!" Well done partners! I really enjoy coming to this location now. Today just solidified my new choice.

Ordered my go to vanilla sweet cream cold brew! Used the app to order ahead, it was ready on time and was customized to exactly the way I wanted it!

Went through the drive thru here this morning. Normal amount of cars for about 6-7am. Got to the window after ordering my drink and was asked what I ordered again... not sure if the order wasn’t placed but the drink still came out quickly after that. Picture is of the drink but not in the store. Will definitely come back to this store in the future!

Blake was super nice and made sure my order was good! Blake should be partner of the year 🤩
Faith in the other hand had a bad attitude and was being rude. So glad that Blake was close by so he can finish up the rest! 🙌🏽

I am a long time customer at Starbucks because I consider it a special treat for myself.

This Starbucks has great drink and good options. I make a stop here almost daily for the workbuds and myself. The cashier's are nice and friendly. They never get out orders wrong, and they are very helpful. Especially when we don't know what we want. I enjoy coming to this location everytime.

If your husband is like mine this might come in handy stead of looking for the menu online.

Went to Starbucks on Tuesday and received the best service from someone named Blake! Was having a really bad day and his kindness was most definitely shown!

This location is awesome, it always run wonderfully and the staff are so friendly. This store is a military location which supports military just adds to its awesomeness.

One of the best Starbucks I've been to. The service is always prompt and correct. The lobby and bathrooms are always clean. The workers try to keep a great attitude even during busy business times. and the Baristas always seemed to put attention to detail to the quality of the drink they make

This is the go to Starbuck I get my wife's drinks from. Always friendly service. They gave me a free drink cars the next time I go there because I waited a good while for my drinks. I think them giving me the $4.00 card was cool. Not too many places will rectify a mess up on the institutions behalf

I've been to this place a number of times and it's generally a pleasant experience. They are reasonably fast and quite consistently friendly. The few times there had been any sort of a problem, they acknowledge it and make an effort to compensate. This makes a huge difference and it's why I believe they deserve five stars.

Very friendly staff, didn’t get her name, but she was very polite and we got our drinks quickly.
