This bath and body works is always packed but they always have more than enough staff for help. Love the cleanliness of this location!

Great sales going most of the time. Always adequately staffed. Store is clean and well-stocked. And they are adhering to COVID-19 protocols for safe shopping.

Customer service is excellent the new store is amazing it smells so good and looks very bougie inside. Always has a sale. They are always inviting and you feel comfortable shopping there.

This is one of my favorite B&BW locations. The store is a little small, but for the most part it doesn’t get as crowded as some other locations. The sales associates are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Everything I want is always in stock. Great place to stock up on body care candles.

Pembroke Mall is my go to for B&BW. Semi annual sales are always great! I get to stock up on some favs & check out new products coming out. My visit this time was quick. The store wasn't crazy busy, and the associates very helpful! Thank you all so much for your kindness!

I love these stores

Truly can't get enough of this store. I went in for wick candles, came out with wallflower plugs, alot of wallflower refills, many hand soaps and lotions. My FAVORITE FAVORITE STORE! Great deals all the time with pleasant and invigorating scents.

Went to the Pembroke location. In case you dont know Military Circle location is closed. This Pembroke location is always nice. The staff is super helpful they greet you as soon as you come into the store. They let you know what kind of specials they have going on currently. This is June so Bed Bath & Body Works is having their semi-annual sale hooray. I was immediately given a bag to load up on discounted items. I was in and out. In no time. Check this location out!

They always have awesome sales. The sales associate was very helpful. He also helped us pick a fragrance and the cashiers helped me with a coupon that allowed me to get one free item!

They had what we were looking for. The staff was very organized and clean. They enforced social distancing in their store as well as maintained sanitized areas. We were in and out with ease and comfort.

I Love bath and body...staff is always attentive and I appreciate that they will help you get the most for your money/coupons. One of my favorite places to pick up little gifts and thank yous.
