Absolutely amazing. I've been telling my family about how great Wegmans was from 30 years ago in New York and now they got to see for themselves and it was 100 times better than I remember. It's not even a fair to compare it with Harris Teeter, Kroger, Ukrops (rip) or Food Lion. It's more like Busch Gardens

Awesome experience, so much more than a grocery store. Exceptional quality, including a covered parking area, clean, well stocked groceries. Bakery, deli, sushi, cheese, fresh produce, seafood and meat(including aged beef), and wine section.

I’m looking forward to trying the Wegmans brand marinades, sauces, and chips.

Come at lunch for a delicious sub with the best fresh sub rolls, or pizza, or a burger. They have a large cafe setting to sit and enjoy.

We traveled almost an hour from Suffolk and it was worth it. Bring your own bags, or pay for brown paper bags. Conveniently located near town center.

First visit. I now want to move to be closer to this store.. mind blowing. So much to take in. Would need hours to look around. Great food. Amazing vegetarian foods (prepared foods). Not so much in the general store. Slightly high prices on the bakery but you get what you pay for. High quality foods, deserts, sea food, wine and beer, and a fabulous plant and flower section. You must go there to have this experience.

This grocery store has a lot of nice amenities, including a deli, a cheese section, a seafood section, and several in-store, quick service or fast food type restaurants. The selection of groceries was good, and everything appeared clean and well organized. Prices were fair. I would certainly visit if I lived near this location. I visited at night, so it was not crowded. I do wonder, however, if it would be difficult to get into or out of during the day.

Never have I ever been to a store that sells groceries which is so HUGE! Covered parking garage with an escalator to the 2nd floor. No worries about toting your groceries. A very vast array of beers and wine. A Burger Bar which is really a restaurant. Pizza made to order. Sandwiches, Desserts, Sushi, Deli, Wing Bar, Seafood, Sushi bar. Flower area is nice and big. Of course fruits and vegetables. An international food aisle. And regular food also. Clean, neat store. 👌 we bought what we needed. Lots of check out stations and cashiers.

Went for the first time this morning, and OMG I love it. I could only take in a little bit cause I was just overly excited. I stopped once I went through the bakery. I wanted everything in there. Brulee Cheesecake!

Love, love, love their sushi and wing bar. Not much left to say other than this place is great and I stop at least once a week to pick something up when I don’t feel like cooking.

The shoppers that enter this grocery store are amazing and lovely friendly people.

They are amazing! They're like the Ikea of food, on steroids! They could almost provide an all inclusive experience! Love them! Wish there was one closer to us, but always go every time we're in Virginia Beach!

Less than 2 days ago, my husband and I purchased some food from this Wegman's in Virginia Beach Virginia, Strawberries, some candied smoke salmon, grapes, some garlic & herb brie, goat cheese with herbs, some garlic & herb shrimp, an apple & walnut salad bowl are some of the multiple food items that my husband and I purchased during our recent visit. The employees we interacted with were very cordial.

Beautiful store and a nice covered parking garage. Their brand items are a bargain. Some of the meals, steaks, and specialty items are pricey. It was nice to visit the store for my first time, but i doubt that i will be shopping there.

Favorite grocery store go-to for obvious reasons. Fresh and super wide variety of produce. The In store restaurants are top tier. I LOVE the clam chowder and lobster bisque (Two of my favorite soups), great prices for everyday items. Sushi bar is bomb. Undefeated bakery. The selections for all categories dealing with food are top tier. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just plain old nasty like the rest of us.

HOWEVER, when I'm under dressed (because I own my own business in a wood shop, I'm normally dusty, holey, with paint on me), after I walk in, their paid security officer seems to come out everytime. I'm not sure if that's a coincidence, but if it's not, unfortunately, I'll have to leave this beautifully run establishment behind and settle for Food Lion.

I brought a strawberry shortcake.
It tasted good, but it only had strawberries on top. The inside was just a lot of whipped cream.
It was not worth the price of $17. I had to add more strawberries to enjoy it. Next time, I'll make my own. Will I buy another...nope but, still like the store.

A very clean New York based mall where you can find kosher products. Although everything looks very nice, the prices seem a bit expensive. There is no cleaner place than here, especially where you can buy kosher labeled meat products

Wegmans is definitely the "cool" grocery store in town. Great produce, and great beer/wine section. That said, if you shop wisely you can do okay, but it's not cheap.

Like other grocery stores of it's ilk (Fresh Market and Whole Foods) value varies from person to person. We love their produce, baked goods, cheeses, and proteins - and we are willing to pay the prices listed. For some, it's not worth it and that is a personal choice. Even as a fan of the location there are some things that I feel are overpriced and many others that I feel are reasonable or low cost. I recommend anyone who likes the aforementioned shops to give it a go and add it to your shopping rota.

This is one, if not the nicest grocery store I’ve ever been to!!!

By far the best place of 10 stores we’ve shopped at to get fresh foods and allergy-friendly stuff I can eat. They are THE BEST at allergy-friendly BY FAR over every other store in Virginia Beach.

Sometimes we even go there to buy already-made date night dinner fresh meals!

They have the best (fresh) salads of any store.

They have fresh sushi and a wide selection of it!

They have an excellent seafood section.

They have a massive bakery with fresh breads, pastries, desserts, treats, cookies, treats, cakes, cheesecakes, soooooo many FRESH options!!!!!

They even make fresh pizzas and burgers. The burgers aren’t yummy though. Everything else is, but not their burgers.

They have a great produce department. It seems small, but they have everything and it’s always great and fresh and lasts and looks pretty.

I’m not a cheese-eater, but if I were, I’d be in heaven when in a Wegmans!!!!

They have a large selection of dairy-free and vegan cheeses and cheese types! They have an entire 2-sided aisle devoted to allergy-friendly options!!!!!! All of my favorite things are available at Wegman’s!

They are just the best store for me.
