Quick and easy..local ATT store sent me in that direction..I called ahead to be sure they had the parts since it was an hour drive for me..work was done in 45 minutes. Replaced outer screen and LED screen...total price since I had the insurance was $29 added to my pione bill.

Wonderful experience. Dontrelle and the general manager Matthew were so helpful. My PC wasn't displaying at all and it turn out I was using the wrong cord. But they explained everything in detail and you could tell they genuinely wanted to help me not just because its their job. I drove 2 hours to get here. uBreakiFix did an amazing job with my phone! I accidentally closed my trunk on my iPhone XS (twice!) and thought it wasn't fixable. I had a major crack running straight down the right side of the screen; the rest of the screen had webbed cracks throughout. Worse, I had a bright white bar going down the right side as well. I figured that I had done much more than break the screen--I thought I would have to get a whole new phone. However, they were able to replace my screen with a brand new OEM screen, and everything worked like new--including the messed up pixels! Claude P was so friendly and made sure all my questions were answered! Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone in the C-U area (especially U of I students) who need to fix their phone. Staff is personable and knowledgeable and will find a solution to your problem. Seriously could not be happier with their service. Thank you so much!!

Best phone repair place I have ever worked with. The team is definitely knowledgeable and works very efficiently. I broke my phone completely to the point I couldn't access anything. The crew here not only got access to my broken phone but completely transferred everything onto my new phone in under 2 hours and had it back to me the same day. This will definitely be my new phone repair store.

Dropped my phone in a swimming pool — wouldn't charge or connect to computer. They were able to replace the battery and charging port, letting me used my phone again.

Also offered to replace screen, which was water damaged but still functional. Didn't pressure me when I said no. Only did necessary repairs without complaining. Fast service, too.

Service was excellent. My only complaint is I had to drive an hour to get to the store, but that is what happens when you live in a small town.
