I went to this location at 5:05 a.m. this morning just to grab a pack of cigarettes before work. I requested the brand I smoke, and the cashier blatantly refused to get them for me because she said she couldn't reach them. Yet, there was a step stool right next to her that would have made her capable to reach them. I honestly wasn't even sure if the woman worked there because she was in no kind of uniform whatsoever. Just gray sweats and a night cap. Nothing at all to identify her as someone that is at work.

Overall, very poor customer service.

Air pressure machine was malfunctioning, and deflated my tire. I went in to either get my money back or get some explanation on why this was happening, and the person behind the counter just said "oh, yeah, it's out of order". I asked for my money back, and suggested he'd put up a sign warning costumers, to which he replied "I just work here". I know you work there, and that's why I think YOU should give me my money back, and YOU should put up a sign. It ended with me putting up a sign myself, and writing this review.

I went in and got milk gas and cigarettes. Was given the wrong ones. Noticed when I got home. Called and was told there was nothing they could do since it was a tobacco product. I left there 3 minutes before I called. One they weren't opened 2 I spent my money on them 3 train your people 4 stop ripping off. I spend 30 dollars to get told no. Great customer service. I'm in there 3 4 times a week and spend good money there. I will no longer be going there. Circle K obviously monopolized the market on gas station by ripping hard working people off any chance they get. I've also had issues with the gas pumps and their employees who choose to ignore you at night because they have better things to do on the phone or outside smoking.

I arrived at 3:30 pm wishing to pay for fuel inside. Two employees were standing outside smoking/visiting. I went through all the motions, but the pump didn't reset. I waited, and finally backed completely out and restarted the entire process. Turns out I was waiting for one of these employees to go in and reset the pump. They still just stood around smoking/visiting. I finally gave up and left. What awful employees. I'll never go to that store again. I now question Circle K and their hiring/management process. I would give them zero stars if it were an option.

Every time I go here there is only one employee and 5+ customers in line. And all the employees are obviously under trained. Today 4 people walked in and just turned around. You lost my money. I wonder how much more your losing per day???
