The UPS Store

They have done an amazing job with my Amazon returns! Even on their busiest days the line seems to go fast! Never waited more than 4 minutes honestly! The staff is also super friendly and welcoming! Any questions I have they are quick to answer!

I have been using this store lately because it’s location super convenient ! The staff has always been extremely helpful, attentive. Dilraj is always so kind and eager to help (specially when I can’t find my labels 🤭) THANk you for your dedication and hard work!
Also they offer discount on prints job ! Great

This ups store has been fantastic carrying out my Amazon returns. The workers always greet me with a smile and are great with helping me with what I need.

I am moving a few states over for graduate school and was completely overwhelmed and didn’t know how I was going to move my things. I decided to ship them. From the start, the staff was so accommodating, communicative and warm. This location has awesome staff. Shoutout to Raj (idk if I’m spelling that correctly) and the other man with the crisp haircut and gold chain :)

The customer service at UPS is consistently friendly and helpful, even though their location may be inconvenient for me. I find their packaging area to be more accommodating than FedEx's, and I appreciate that the UPS counter staff always take the time to assist me. In contrast, I have found that the staff at FedEx can be too busy to provide the same level of customer service. Overall, it is the superior customer service that keeps me loyal to UPS.

The staff is always helpful and has a lot of patience even when the customer isn't right.

The staff is all great, very friendly and helpful, but the store manager Elizabeth goes beyond great customer service every time. She has stayed late so I can get my package multiple times, she also accommodates other specific needs. She keeps me coming back year after year because of her dedication to the customers and the store. Thank you Elizabeth and team!

I've been coming here numerous times and thankfully the service has been great. When I went just a few days ago, it was hands down just Outstanding! Staff was SUPER friendly and my order was fast and easy thanks to Raj! He was super nice and helpful, will be back soon!

Raj was SOOOOO AMAMZING AND ACCOMMODATING!! It’s not often you come into GREAT, KNOWLEDGEABLE customer service, but Raj sets the standard!! Best UPS in the area FOR SURE! I asked to print my Uber cards and he suggested a better paper and it made a HIGE difference!! thanks Raj!!

Had to ship 2 packages for the first time to different regions of the US. Jessie made the process really easy for me. Really understanding and helpful would recommend this UPS to anyone in the area!

I've been using this location pretty much since they opened. Although these days I am typically using them for their Amazon return dropoff service, the employees are still very nice, always saying hi and quickly getting me on my way.

It used to be kind of a pain to get in the parking lot but with all of the development that's happened over the past several years it's much easier to get back there now.

People doing a great job. Quick and efficient. Never a doubt that the package will get delivered. Mail box service is like having your own mailroom, Quick drop off in and out. Highly satisfied and recommend to who need best service.

I cannot express how thankful I am to this particular office, for how amazing they are. I normally don't do long winded / or make reviews but an ordinary run to a UPS store turned into what was the best experience I have yet to receive in a long time. Liz's Team truly exemplify what it means to be our Christmas Sprit 🎄 - Her team's Hard Work and Professionalism in handling my large order...
