Great Lakes Ace

Great job by the entire Thursday night staff yesterday to locate the one blue yeti cooler the website indicated was at this Ace location. Hadnt made the floor yet and it was all hands on deck to locate it. Really overwhelmingly engaged service from this crew. I tip my hat to them and offer this well earned 5 star review! Special shout out to Christian for leading this entire charge and knowing seemingly everything about Sub Pop records, which happened to be the logo on the t shirt I was wearing. And shout out to Connie for being a delight to talk to. Great job, Thursday night crew! 🍻

Great place to shop. The only thing I don't like about downtown Farmington is too congested, not enough parking places and inconsiderate drivers on the road and that small tight area.

Connie and Rohk are awesome and helped me cut chain right before close. I super duper appreciate them they work hard for their customers!

Great hardware store! With a fantastic inventory... Are you a nuts and bolts guy they've got it all. Ever walk into a store and look around for somebody to help you for about the 1st 20 minutes , you won't have to do that here plenty of help. Have a good time!

Small hardware store and you may pay a little more but save a lot of time. The first person you ask may not have the answer to a hardware question but they generally know who to ask. Prices on items like Weber grills and accessories are consistent with other larger stores with better service.

I’ve never been unable to find the random bolt or washer or other small part I need for a personal “This Old House” project.

I ordered a grill online from Ace with the cover and propane tank. They delivered it today fully assembled and carried it out to my deck! I couldn't be happier all the way around. The guys that came out were very friendly and professional! Would highly recommend Ace for whatever you need!

I initially visited this location to inquire about a product for a neighbor. Dee greeted me with a smile as I entered the store and offered assistance. Her wilingness to offer great customer service is invaluable! After making my selection, I continued to browse. A young man named Robert further assisted me with deciding which product best suited my needs. He was patient and honest about his level of knowledge about certain products, however he researched on the spot...so I could make an informed decision. I purchased more than anticipated, but I left feeling confident about my selection. Robert is truly an asset to ACE Hardware! Grear team overall. I will definitely shop there again.

Just had a can of paint mixed up to match something made 2006. Outstanding job. Clerk jumped thru hoops to get the color correct. I use this as my "go to place" when I don't want to use a "big box" store where "homers" abound. Nice staff throughout the years and it's been about 20 or so of usage.

My fav paint and hardware store! Jacob is so helpful and patient every time I visit here. Everyone at this store are super nice and offer great service!

Closer to my house and never a line to check out like big box stores. Pay a little more but the convenience is worth every penny. Staff is always helpful and courteous.

Being new to the area I'm glad I found this hardware store. The staff has always been pleasant/helpful and they've always have what I'm looking for.

Cody is the best. He actually repaired my valve for bathroom tub and outside spicket. He spent about am hour of his time. He was very dedicated in helping me. I suggest giving him a raise.

The way local hardware stores should be. The employees were all very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure i got my toolbox delivered. Good deals on everyday tools.
