AT&T Store

I’m leaving the store very satisfied with the customer service that I received from Me Roman. The entire team is awesome. However Roman went over and beyond with patience being informative today. I love being an AT&T customer

I recently went here thinking about switching to their phone and internet services. I’m new to all of this and Chris helped me understand everything. He was knowledgeable in the services I was inquiring about and helped me to understand the benefits of switching. He also showed me this phone case that was perfect. He listened to what I said and remembered he had something in store. I will definitely come back here for any and all of my AT&T needs or questions.

My parents had asked me to join them on a trip to their local AT&T store this past weekend to discuss billing issues they had at another location. Little did I know we would meet the actual Leo mentioned in these reviews. Leo was absolutely fantastic with my parents, he helped them understand the details of the bill they received as well as helping them save $50 from switching from Spectrum Internet and TV to AT&T Fiber and DTV Streaming. If you are considering the switch and are near this location stop by and see them...especially Leo. Ladies, he is handsome.

The customer service was hands down the best I’ve experienced. Roman was super helpful, patient and educated me on the best options to solve my issue. I will stay with AT&T because of the service I received. I was super impressed. Exceptional service.

We came in and had a wonderful experience with Leo. We switched from MetroPCS to AT&T and he took care of my whole family. He was very open about price and explained how my work discount would help me. Explained how trade in promotion would work and we would get bill credits by the 2nd bill we receive, we got them on the 1st bill!!! Thank you Leo!!!

Couldn't have asked for anything more. Changing providers is always hard but Leo did a fabulous job explaining the process. He was very clear about the billing, the rebates, and what steps needed to be followed.
