The store had some cute Michigan- and cabin-themed merchandise, but their Grand Rapids seasonal shop at Woodland Mall needs to be more clear about their "all sales final" policy. Shoppers who are in a hurry during the holidays may not realize this shop will not be there after New Year's if they wish to return an item. It is what appears to be a permanent location, not a kiosk. When I inquired, the company representative informed me that there are signs at the register stating this policy, but for a distracted holiday shopper it would be nice if the store employee/cashier would inform you too -- especially when you are purchasing a large quantity of items that are obviously gifts.
