I just want to share my gratitude towards the pharmacy team at this location. I've been trying to get my son's medication filled with great difficulty the past week, and he has been with the meds. Today, two pharmaceutical staff members worked to get me what I needed at a time when they were clearly very busy. They were sympathetic and helpful and went beyond what many staff members would do to help out our family. I love this location because everyone here is always very kind and friendly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your efforts and kindness today.

This minute clinic was great! They got me right in for what I needed & they were super prompt/friendly while doing so.

Shari asked me if I needed help- I wanted to buy biotin - they only had one. Since it was buy one get one - Brittani gave it to me at 50% off!! Yes!! THANKS!! Merry Christmas!

Like any CVS, you find what you need, staff is nice, we go there frequently.

I have been to this Minute Clinic's location numerous times over the past several months (I have a toddler and we keep catching colds!). This most recent time I was seen by Marianne (who was training) and Breanna. They were great, and treated me like I was their first patient of the day (even though it was 7:30pm). Both were very pleasant and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I made the mistake of going to a different CVS minute clinic prior to this and my experience was not the same. I can also recall meeting with 2 different Jen's during past appointments at this location and both being very friendly and professional. Needless to say, I will for sure be going to this location for any minute clinic needs! Pharmacy staff is ALWAYS great too!

When I couldn't get a walk-in flu shot in Olmsted Falls, I called here. There was an obvious climate difference between the 2 locations. The North Olmsted CVS pharmacy was accommodating and very friendly! I'm considering getting my prescriptions moved here. So worth the 8-9 minute drive from Olmsted Falls. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I highly recommend!

Patty was very friendly and helpful! She took the time to help me find a sinus medicine. This location was out of the brand, but she called another location and they had it. Thanks again for great customer service!

David, the man who rang me up, was a gem! He told me that the Lord had placed it in his heart to pray for me. He did pray for me, and unbenown to him, my husband and I recently lost our son. What David did for me is much appreciated and made my day. David deserves a raise!

It was a great experience. In and out quickly. They really helped me with the new check out service.

The store was clean. The staff was overly helpful ( she was off the clock and still asked if I needed help).
