Overall clean location, decent selections. I thought the map of Michigan was the coolest part. You can see where some of the local products come from. I hate self check out but I give them credit for keeping it organized. There were still cashiers as well so I of course always go to those lines.

Nice people working 💪 👷‍♀ here & good service 👍. Allow some time ⏲ when shopping 🛍 here. They are really busy. Plenty of people buying groceries & shopping 🛍 at this Livonia plaza. Well my grocery cart 🙃 is full. Time ⏲ to go 🚶‍♂. Be sure to visit this store as well as the plaza. Curbside pickup! Helping family 👪 members with their groceries. Kroger's has a pretty good service pickup for post📫 pandemical times ⏲. Had a little mix up with our order. Kroger's supposed to give us same price if they void 😒 something out. Ribeye steaks 6 45s I toat the least. Anyways we have to call management at another time ⏲ to settle the Matter. Posting my Kroger creations from the groceries I bought while shopping 🛍.😑😐 Curbside pickup! Kroger's manager's made good 👍 on the mess up the other day. Kroger Credited me for their mistakes 😔. Thanks ✝ 😊 🫂 🙏 2 everyone for making things right ✅ 😉.

This five star review is for the excellent customer service I experienced in self checkout today being helped by Sharon B. Sharon was quick, efficient, knowledgable of the products and system, and also very personable. If she’s not a manager, she should be. Somebody get this woman a raise!

Had an issue with flyer and in store price. I was difficult at first but Scott and Charlene were excellent and solved the issue on spot. I highly recommend speaking to one of these two individuals when shopping at this location

I love this store and so do all of my neighbors. Tangi is the best. She runs that store like she owns it.

These five stars go to cashier named Charlene , I was there this afternoon, and I was amazed by her service , very quick and very polite … and I am writing this email because I go there all the time , but always at the register It’s a long line always short of staff… but this lady was making a difference.

Easy to get in & out quickly & usually has everything on my shopping list. Prices for Coca Cola brand products in particular are more expensive than Pepsi I do notice!

Some items fresh sliced and put out to pick up and not wait in line. You can give your order and they have pictures for slice thickness then you can go shop and come back to pick up you order.

I had 2 doctors apt today and not much time, but I had to replace food I lost after being out of power 6 days. I decided to order on line last night, so I wouldn't break the bank. Long story short, at pickup time Kroger was out of power. Went back and Dontrell came out to see if I had ordered because check in wasn't working. He brought my groceries out promptly, loaded them gently, and with a big smile. He is very personable and made my second trip back to pick up groceries worth it. Kudos to Dontrell.

This Kroger was very when inviting, clean and the staff was friendly. I went to get Fat Tuesday treats and a rotisserie chicken and it was delicious.

I don't know what they're paying the people working the deli area, but they're ALWAYS happy and helpful. I've been visiting this location since I moved to the area in 2016 and it's always a pleasure to visit.

Friendly service from the car pick-up workers. They always go above and beyond. I actually prefer this service to going into the store.

I visit Kroger all the time. The store is clean and they have wipes for the baskets available. A lot of their employees mask up and that's a plus for me.

This is where my family does most of our grocery shopping. The store is clean, modern, and well organized. The staff are generally very friendly and well trained, able to point me in the right direction if I have questions. It's usually pretty well stocked, but it's a busy store and sometimes they've run out of something I was looking for. There's always enough checkout lanes open so that the lines are never super terrible, though at peak hours you're still going to wait, just like anywhere.

Probably the cleanest and nicest Kroger in the area. We live close by and this is our go to store. Its usually well stocked and once you figure out the layout, its a nice store. Never had any issues. Have purchased sushi here a few times and it was pretty good for grocery store fair. I will be getting it again. Checkout is a little easier because they have two self check out areas with 6 or so scanners at each area. We've always been able to get in and out without any trouble.

Nice, clean store throughout. The dairy department is the best of all the Krogers I've ever shopped at. Clean, organized and stocked. The dairy manager was very kind, and helpful and located the items I was looking for. Will surely be returning to shop at this location.

Kiki in the Bakery Dept saved the day. My baby turned 6 today and I went to SIX krogers all for them to be booked and busy and she fit me in and made this beautiful cake for my son. She was so kind and even honest about what she could and couldn’t create. She made this happen with 24hr notice. I really appreciate her for this. It’s actually prettier than the pic I showed her. My son Was so happy about his dinosaur cake. THANK YOU KIKI. YOU MADE OUR DAY!!!!!!!
