I just recently ordered a pair of boots from here for my son's Christmas present. Long story short, another store shipped the wrong boots and by the time they figured it out, the correct ones weren't going to be here until after Christmas, that is until Mark from the store jumped in and helped out! He was great and now they will be here in time.... Thank you Mark for all your help!!!

I walked into the store and was greeted by a very friendly sales person. When I saw the shoes I wanted I told her I would be back the next day. When I went back I met Alexis who is very helpful. She made my purchase very easy and suggested additional products that made my boots look fantastic. Thank you so much Alexis you did a great job keep up the good work and stay friendly it really does make a difference.

I never write reviews and this is probably one of the only occasions I will! Red Wing Shoes Livonia you rocked it! I came in a few weeks ago and the staff that they have on hand are amazing. They make you feel very comfortable almost as if they treat you like family. I came here with my husband to get him new work boots it was our first time in the store and it won’t be our last. From the greeting all the way to the end the sales associates (Alexis and Kelly) were so kind! They assured me in the quality of the boot for the price and I didn’t even have a second thought swiping my card. Absolutely Amazing!

I am absolutely in love with my new Red Wings!! I visited the Livonia store a few months ago with my mother to get some new boots with the cold months coming ahead. We went in and we were greeted by Alexis who was so kind and got us started on their amazing sizing machine. They have great technology that is able to measure your foot, arch, and all sorts of things that will recommend you a size from the get go! From there Caleb took care of us. He was very informative on the sizing and fit of each boot we tried on. He explained how the boot should feel and how to break them in so the leather will mold to your foot. We enjoyed how they were very tentive and made each of our experiences personalized to us. They made us feel very welcomed and that they actually cared for us and making sure we purchase the best boots for our feet! Ever since I have been wearing my Red Wings non-stop! I'll never buy another pair of boots from anywhere else... they have a new customer for life!!!

I love my Red Wing boots!!!, I came in a few months ago for the first time was greeted by Alexis. She was super helpful and welcoming. The manager, Caleb, came out and helped me find my first boots and shoes, which are now my favorite. He is Awesome!!!, Awesomesauce.. He knew everything about the foot and how it moves in a boot/shoe to help me purchase my favorite work wear.. thank you guys, you Rock!!

Kelly was really great to me! Made me feel comfortable and got me the pair I was looking for. The store was clean and shopping was easy. Even hooked me up with a pair of socks and laces for the same price of the boots, thanks to a discount voucher.

I'd already loved the quality of the Red Wing footwear products so when I need some new size 14 insoles I couldn't buy them in my city of Windsor Ontario. I called this store in Livonia to see if they were in stock. Kenny answered the phone and gave me directions. When I drove to the store I told him I crossed a boarder just to get to his store. Kenny was pleasant and professional and recommended just what I needed. I've been walking 3 days on my new Red Wing Multi-Purpose Elite insoles and very satisfied with my purchase. Me and my husband went into this store today looking to buy a pair of boots. The gentleman who helped me was named Caleb and he went out of his way to help my husband find the perfect boot. He wasn't pushy at all and he listened to what my husband needed and wanted. We walked out of that store very pleased and my husband loved his boots so much he wore them out of the store. I am very impressed at the knowledge of this sales representative and how he actually LISTENED to us. We will be back.

I wanted to share a positive experience I recently had here. I purchased a pair of boots here, they were not the best. I followed up with Caleb and they replaced them as soon as they could. The new boots are great. Customer service A+. Great operation they run there!

First, this review is based on this store and staff only. Not the shoes. I bought a pair of boots in February 2019, the sole peeled off in May. They sent them out to be resoled. Another month later, the sole started to peel again. At this point I was getting pretty upset with the quality that has become of Red Wing boots. I went up there and the lady was very nice, she was the same person who sold them to me months before. I ended up swapping them out for a brand new pair of Irish Setters pull on boots that were around the same price new. I have been very happy with these new boots and how the staff handled the issue. I will continue to use this store for my future boots and service.

I have been shopping at this location for at least 5 years. I wouldn’t buy my work shoes (or casual/everyday boots) anywhere else! Rachel is interested in getting to know her customers so she can help them find not only what they need, but what they like and what’s comfortable. This is a good location. I've been with them since they're older location at 7 Mile Middlebelt. Unfortunately I got to stay in has nothing to do with them but the quality of these shoes and Boots are not up to par anymore I had no problem sending this money out 13 years ago women's boots lasted. when I was sixteen I worked in construction and I bought a pair in the pair last 8 years, then I bought another pair and I figured maybe I just got a really bad. Last meeting like two or three years. My last pair that I bought didn't make it well over a year before it really started to fall apart. I just can't justify spending that kind of money shoes like that or boots and they just don't make the cut. I bought them from when I was a janitor at a high school and then I started doing rounds work forever the school district in a city. Nothing really extravagant are really difficult so the boots should definitely held up and stood the test of time. If you're looking for a great pair boots check out Dexter. Comfortable, greatly priced and so far has really been worth what I paid for them and as far as how long they've been using them for.

My dad took me here to buy my first pair of work boots. We went in the morning and after being measured, I walked out with a new pair of 5686. I wore them around the house for a few weeks to break them in, they felt great. My first day of work was a 12 hour shift, and at the end of the day my feet were absolutely killing me to the point where it was difficult to walk. When I got home and took my boots off, I found my big toes were completely black under the nail. I took the boots back to the store and they switched them out for me for one size larger. Talk about great customer service!! Because of the great service, I just purchased a pair of 4456 with my first paycheck. My dad has purchased work boots from this company for the past 30 years, and now, so will I.

Fantastic customer service. I went in with the intention of purchasing one of three different pair of boots (iron ranger, beckman, blacksmith) and the owner of the store took time to explain the differences between each of them, teach me how to care for them, and got me properly sized for them. I highly suggest this store for anyone looking for a pair of boots. Thanks for the help!

The best service you could wish for is their norm. My work boots after 3 years are like I bought them last week. Well worth the money.
