Got a nail in my tire and used the opportunity to upgrade to better all-weather tires. I don't change out to snow tires in the winter, so having high quality all-weather tires. The staff at Discount Tires was very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of good follow-up programs like free or cheap services if something goes bad.

The best experience all around! From the initial phone call to the service provided in the store. They patched a tire that had a screw in it quickly and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I definitely will be back to get my tires from here when I need them!

I've always had fantastic experiences with Discount Tire in Woodbury. Pricing is competitive (Mercedes was overpriced), the choices are wide and varied, and the customer service has been second to none. I've been here with at least 10 vehicles.

Super quick service with my appointment, went in at 415PM and was out by 445PM. I put in my order and appointment online. I pulled into the lot and went to the service desk to check in. One of the techs came over and verified my name, took the keys and started working on the truck. By the time I checked into the service desk, the truck was already half way done. (Service desk was fine, the wait was just a little long since there were people in front of me asking a lot of questions)

All I can say is wow. What an incredible experience I had. Do you dread the day they have to either have a tire or wheel repaired because of an unfortunate circumstance? Or maybe it's time to purchase all new tires and all you see is an inconvenience and $$$. All I can say is the employees at this specific location go above and beyond with customer service to make it as easy as possible. If you want extremely affordable product with amazing customer service do yourself a favor and come to this location.

I just went through the process of purchasing two sets of wheels mounted with winter tires for my wife and I's vehicles and David made it the smoothest process ever. From sending me emails with different colors/sizes/styles to give me options, to the day of actually purchasing them, to finally getting them installed, it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He worked with our schedule when he didnt have to, he returned calls within minutes and kept me informed through each and every step asking what he could do for me to make the process easier. As a sales/customer service guy myself I wish we had more employees like David. It's obvious he cares about his work and makes sure each and every customer leaves feeling valued and taken care of. Excellent service!! I waited less than 5 minutes to get my tires filled with air. The employee was very knowledgeable about my car and me. He let me know the trends were good and that I was due for tire rotation coming up in the next 500 miles. He took care of me quickly with a smile and even wish me a happy holiday!! I love Discount Tire. Definitely coming back to this location!!

Great service and friendly staff ! Changed my tires without an appointment, they understood the urgency and were able to get it done. Went overboard to get the tires I needed. It was clearly a very busy day and as I waited they were very pleasant to everyone they serviced.

I’ve been there twice and everyone is super helpful and friendly. I definitely won’t go anywhere else. They were even able to repair my tire with an entire screwdriver head in it!

Amazing customer service! I had a piece of metal in my tire and they had it repaired within 30 minutes. I will return when I need tires. They made my day.

Great experience and fantastic customer service! When I scheduled my appointment I talked with Mike and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Seth was working the counter and checked me in when I arrived for my appointment, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable as well. I walked next door to get food and as I walked past the open garage door the service technicians were cleaning my wheels before the put them on my truck and that blew me away. I couldn't be happier with the service and my truck looks great!

I ran over a screw and the fix a flat wasn't a permanent solution. I scheduled an appointment online and my car was checked in right away. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. Very professional and knowledgeable!

The crew was fast. And fit me in the the schedule. I did wait an hour but two service techs pulled off my old tires, put on the new ones.balanced and then loaded my old tires ( by request) into my vehicle. Total time from start to finish on my truck 30min!

Bought my Slingshot to get the rear tire replaced. They made great recommendations and set-up an appointment that worked for me. Went in and was out within a half an hour. Definitely the right spot to get new tires from.

Stopped in without appointment to see if I could get a slow leak in rear tire fixed. Even though the shop was busy the front desk manager was able to work me in with minimal wait time. I could not be more pleased . It's always a treat to do business with someone like Discount Tire who knows the meaning of good customer service !! These guys are awsome.
