I have NEVER sewed or used a sewing machine before, but I decided I wanted to make a big stuffed dice as a birthday gift. I was a total novice and probably asked every employee in this store at least a few dumb questions while I figured out what I needed. They were really friendly and my project turned out great, so big thanks to everyone who works here for being so nice!!

Great sales. I’ve never gone here without a 40% coupon! I’ve been getting ideas for wedding flowers and will probably get them all here! There’s something for everyone here.

I shop this location often and I love it everyone is great but one employee has become my favorite. She remembers my purchase from a month ago and checks how its going along.

Great experience today. Fabric cutter made a minor mistake which was quickly and professionally corrected at the register. <3 Plus, I got great advice in the fabric aisles and was able to purchase what I needed at a fair price.

I love going here. The staff helps out as much as they can. Plus I love how Joanna Fabric as a whole is a pet friendly company. We just got our cat a stroller and was looking for some remnant that he would like for a stroller blanket, love how we could take him and the stroller in.

They were extremely busy today 9 March 2019. Even with the abundance of customers the staff was nice and answered all the questions I had. There was a very long line, but once you were in line the wait wasn't long at all. They ensured to open up registers to accommodate the amount of customers. Everything was clean and kept up, I went to a specific section and all items were in their places and were not strewn about. Overall it was a great shop and will return

This store was amazing! Having a fantastic sale. Got candy canes that light up for my yard buy 1 get 2 free. Can't beat that. Store was very clean and lots of staff to help you if you needed it.

I usually don't review big box stores but I had such a great experience here that I had to. I had help from a personal shopper Patricia and she helped me find everything on my list, cut my ribbon, and checked me out. She had helpful ideas for my project and was friendly and very nice. Next time you go, ask for a personal shopper and hopefully you'll get Patricia.

I love this Joanns. So clean and organized. A lot of the customers here give the cashiers specifically a hard time. It is not their fault that the line is backed up!! Th cashiers here have the best customer service and always make sure to ask for my rewards. I don’t even mind waiting in line because they’re so friendly.

The purpose of my visit was to help my mother find sewing thread. The store was relatively quiet at the time of our visit. We found a rep who pointed us in the right direction and also gave us a quick tip on the kinds of thread available. She also answered questions we had regarding their sewing machines and informed us they even offered free classes if we purchased a sewing on how to use it. The store had a lot great things and ideas for crafts. Had to literally drag my mother out of the store because everything in there captured her attention 🙂.

It's a busy place but the customer service was great. I had an item that was damaged, and they accommodated me and took a few dollars off after asking if i could get 10% off. Thank you!

Always a great stop to stock up on supplies for my Etsy Scrub Hat Store. Thanks for keeping me well stocked! Customer service is great and I get to see and catch up with Wanda every now and then. We used to do a lot of crafting back in our scouting days! Thank you!

What an awesome store! If it lived close I would be broke.
They have a great fabrics department and super cute Christmas decorations.
It bought Christmas fabric and pins to wrap a gift in. No paper mess and my daughter can use the fabric to craft with later.

Drove by to see if the store was opened and Randi approached and gave us all the information we needed for placing a pickup order and helped us get what we needed! I love just walking around any Joanne Fabrics store. This shop in Woodbury/Oakdale is huge. I think the prices are extremely high even b4 the pandemic for their Frames and fake flowers. I think at this store at least they could train the workers to be a tad more helpful . A smile does alot for ur customers. I feel somekinda way when im smiling and being cheerful & polite while making my purchases that a simple "Thank you, next" is better then no eye contact and not responding.
Just saying .

Cashier was great and very patient. My phone died and she helped me retrieve my coupon. No waiting to get my fabrics cut. Love it when I go shopping and I unexpectedly find what I need on sale.

I absolutely love this place. It has pretty much any kind of material for arts and crafts that you can imagine! The prices are reasonable!
My favorite part is that there is classes for crafts. Today I took beginning sewing class with Randy and made up pillow! Randy was really helpful, especially since I did not know anything about using my sewing machine not even how to start. By the end of the class I felt more confident about sewing! I can't wait to take my next class I can't wait to take my next class!
