Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I had visited a few other places in the area. The furniture was very nice but out of my desired price range. I hopped online to find one last place to look and based on the reviews, I decided to stop at Bob's. I was promptly greeted, given a quick layout of the store, and given information about all the different pieces I was interested in. The pricing was transparent and the quality/selection were great. I worked with Leonard. He was a lot of fun! He checked on me frequently but not in a way that made me feel pressured to buy. He gave me really valuable information about the specific items I was interested in. He really seemed to take great pride in the store options and focus on customer service. I would be happy to recommend and I am excited to get my new things delivered!!

We just moved to Woodbury this week. We went into Bobs looking for a kitchen table and a sectional. Christian was a salesman we met when we first arrived. He was amazing. He was so knowledgeable. I asked him a ton of questions and he always had an answer. He was never pushy. He was patient as we spent almost two hours going through the store sitting on every sectional.
He told us about their cafe our teenage children could visit in their store where they offer free snacks. That was so helpful.
I was impressed with their fair prices and the outstanding service Christian showed us.

Our salesman Mark was very nice and helpful. The products seem to be pretty high quality and prices are very reasonable. No one in the store was pushy or rude. I'm a fan of this place and we're actually about to purchase a couple items.

We were a little bit wary about shopping at Bob's because of the commercials on TV. I wasn't sure if it was a quality furniture store. My daughter had picked out a bedroom furniture set so we went to check it out. Needless to say that we were pleasantly surprised. The showroom was very nice, there were snacks in the back, and the salesman was accommodating and friendly. The bed set seem like high quality at a reasonable price and not only did we purchase that but a beautiful rug. We will definitely be back.
On a side note, we had also gone to Ashley furniture and did not get that same vibe. Matter of fact, we will probably never return to Ashley, but we will definitely go to Bob's.

About a month ago, I ordered a new couch for my living room. The sales people at the store were more than helpful to answer any questions I had. They weren’t too pushy either which was nice. Unfortunately, I ended up needing to cancel my delivery due to some unforeseen circumstances and during and after that process is where one employee in particular- Sergio- really was exemplary. I am more than pleased with his willingness to go above and beyond to help me get the order cancelled but also in making sure the funds went back on my payment method. (That was another issue, but on the credit card company’s side) He was very communicative and addressed my issues promptly and resolved them same day. I highly recommend this store and will definately be back when circumstances change to get the couch I am desperately needing!! Thanks Bobs!!

A salesman approached us when my hubby and I entered the store. He asked what we were looking for then pointed us to the area of the store to look. We had a couple questions and he answered them. We made a decision about which couch and chair to order. We called the salesman over. The purchasing and setting delivery date was fast and easy. I liked that the salesman wasn't breathing down our necks. He gave us the time to look around the store and talk to each other. That evening I changed my mind about the color of the furniture. I called the store first thing in the morning and spoke to a gentleman about changing the color and in a few minutes he changed the color and we kept the same delivery date.
So easy. Great people. I will visit the store again.

I'm going to have to say that our recent interactions at Bob's discount furniture were just fantastic. Our customer experience representative Myron was a pleasure to deal with. He was not high pressure, he understood the situation that we were dealing with looking for a lift chair for my elderly father. keep up the good work, and keep up the great prices. There were much better selections at a much better price. The salesman (forgot his name) there was so patient while trying 2-3 couches again and again and attentive to our questions. At the same time he was not afraid to come up to us. There are a few that are uncomfortable or afraid to come up to us because we are deaf. The delivery date is super fast.

Salesman Tyler was the most considerate, polite and accommodating. this was my first time dealing with this establishment, and I was pleasantly surprised. It is clean, orderly, and the furniture looked inviting. I found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and on the way out the door I saw something I will return for. The welcome we got when we walked in was priceless.

Great selections of quality furniture, great wherehouse set up, and exceptional guest service. Never felt pressured to purchase anything, in fact, we were encouraged to take our time, try different styles and comforts of furniture, and to not settle. Christian A. was fantastic to work with, so make sure to ask for Christian. I'm sure the other staff are great, but working with Christian was absolutely a fantastic experience.

I felt very special with all the attention I was given. They were happy to answer all my questions. The manager even introduced himself and greeted us. You should seriously advertise the great prices you have on your lift chairs.

Best furniture store I ever been too! The staff is super nice and helpful. Free candy ice cream coffee!! I totally recommend this place if u wanna find good furniture 🙂

Nice selection and found exactly what I needed. I purchased several pieces of furniture. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took time to explain things. It was so easy to check out wherever you are in the store. Plus there are free refreshments and snacks at the back of the store. White glove service was phenomenal. They built my dining table efficiently with no damage. I highly recommend if you're looking for furniture at reasonable prices.

It has been years since I bought furniture, and I have bad credit due to divorce which I am attempting to work on. I was able to buy a much needed couch for my family. The gentleman who helped me was welcoming, calm, understanding and patient. I met two managers along the way who were warm and helpful. The process of buying furniture with their credit option was explained to me thoroughly and I am looking forward to a speedy delivery!

The sales team were helpful, curtious, informative, and patient while I decided on color schemes and accessories. Lol, moving furniture around just so I could get a better idea of how my new living room would look. Great guys and awesome prices!
