Jonathan did an amazing job. All I needed was help with my att email password, and Jonathan sat down with me, took his time to fix up the issue, then offered me an amazing deal to upgrade my phone! If you are in need of anything, stop at this store and ask for Jonathan!!!

Andrew was GREAT! My husband has been without a phone for the past week and has been turned away at other locations with "sorry, guess you're out of luck.” We showed up here and Andrew has been so helpful! Not only did he help us find a solution for our problem, he realized we have been overpaying by about 40 dollars. Such a great guy.

I recently visited this AT&T location and I’m very pleased with the customer service! I was greeted and assisted by the store manager, Kevin Baker. He explained to me the several price points that AT&T offers and made sure I got the cheapest deal available. He also printed out a detailed quote and explained to me how the bill would break down towards the first 3 months of service as well as what it would look like moving forward. Kevin and his team were very knowledgeable and made sure all of my needs were met. I also would like to add that I am not very tech savvy, but he made sure to show me how my new phone works! Will definitely refer this location to friends and family!

I came in with my sister as we are switching carriers. We received our phones and just needed them activated. Yes, we are seniors, not dinosaurs but close. Nick Baker took his time to explain features and get everything downloaded. Very helpful and it would have been too frustrating for us. Appreciate the time spent to answer ALL our annoying question. lol

Even though I live out of state now, I always use the Middlebelt/I96 AT&T store for all of my new phones purchases as they always go the extra mile and make things so easy. Just got both mine (S24 Ultra) and my Dad's (S24+) phones upgraded and Kevin was just great!

I have AT&T for my phone and Internet. I was having some issues with my phone recently and visited this location. The manager Kevin and the sales person Andrew were able to help me figure out what the issue was! I left with a working phone and a good experience. I'll be coming back when I need a new phone!

Great experience changing out a sim card. Chanta J helped us out and she was amazing. There were some bumps by corporate and she handled them like a pro. I really appreciate getting her help today.

I’m sure you all can relate to this. I normally always have issues with AT&T. Whether it’s in person locations, call centers, managers etc. Johnny was finally the break I needed. Finding someone who can conceptualize how their company functions to use their system to benefit both the customer and the business is extremely hard to find. Honestly, transparency, follow up, accountability. These the markers I look for, markers we should all look for. Thanks Johnny, I don’t normally do reviews so don’t let me down here lol.

During the outage I was in a frenzy lost so I came to the store on Middlebelt and Sean and his crew is upbeat and calmed me with the answers I needed. I’m glad this crew is here keeping the situation as light as they could. They made my morning with no phone

Kevin B was very professional , very courteous, and helped me with all my needs at the store. I am disabled and Kevin helped me from beginning to the end with my cell phone purchases. AT&T need more employees like this young man.

Nick was awesome! Went in the just do a quick device drop off and he noticed I was getting the best/fastest internet and very quickly updated my internet. Thanks for a great experience.
