Thank you for the awesome service I received from the workers who made shopping experience fabulous. I needed some Go Blue merchandise and they didn't let me down. There treatment of me was nothing but first class and they carry first class products. GO BLUE

The store was very well stocked in a good organized way. I did require help from a staff member to help me find what I was looking for and the employee walked me right over to where it was located. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our experience at the cashier counter was equally helpful and very friendly. I will highly recommend this Rally House to my friends.

I love the wide selection of merchandise at this location. The employees are welcoming and greet each customer as soon as they enter the store. They are also ready and willing to assist you by walking you over to items instead of pointing to an area in the store. I will continue to patronize this location because they understand that with all the different choices to shop, true great customer service is what makes customers return and tell a friend.

I had to return a Michigan t-shirt that was ordered online. The process was easy, as the clerk was cheerful and very helpful. In a very short time the credit was on my card and I was out the door!

If you're wanting Michigan sports apparel, they've got it.

Rally House was super clean and the staff was very very willing to help me find everything I needed. She always made sure I found what I was looking for by asking a lot of questions. Because she wanted to know about me so it would make my shopping easier to guide me to where I needed to be.

Super cool store! Love the girls who were working, they were helpful without being pushy. They just stuck around for if I needed help. I wish all customer service people were like this. Sue also had some great ideas to finish up my birthday present for my mom. 👍👍

Rally house has a tremendous amount of different team gear which makes them my go to store. Even managed to find the ladies red wings lounge pants in the mass of stuff! Done with Christmas!
