Natural Grocers

I love this store. They have a great selection of organic produce and are much cheaper than Whole Foods. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store over the other health food stores in town.

What I love about natural groceries is you do not have to worry if everything that you're buying is organic. Even stores like Sprouts, you're never sure if you're buying organic or not, you have to look carefully. But Natural Grocers does not carry any products that are not organic. The prices can be a bit high but you know you're getting good quality.

Great place for specialty ingredients not found elsewhere in town!

This store is fabulous. I love everything about it. It's one of the very best in existence.

They have quite an inventory of supplements and organic groceries. Things can be a little pricey, but they do have sales that can make shopping there doable. They have a rewards program that you can sign up for free.

We buy many supplements here! We find the employees in that department very knowledgeable & helpful! We do lots of research. We are familiar with many brands & varieties & why we need them! While they cannot give medical advice we feel we can trust information & the products they offer!

I do love the option of shopping in a store that has all organically grown produce. The produce department has bags that are recyclable. The next thing I check when shopping at Natural Grocers is their bakery cookies that are now in the refrigerator section in the middle of the store. Lately, they have been out of these cookies even though I am told they have been ordered. They also have a whole aisle of fresh spices that I love to check. I often check their book section, but be sure before you buy that the book is the latest edition. In the back refrigerator section on the right they have all sorts of great nuts in various styles (whole, chopped, etc.) and seasonings. They have an excellent selection of remedies and cosmetic products. They have deodorants without aluminum in them.

I love this store for natural and organic veggies that are fresh. I pivk up my herbal or homeopathic medicine here as well. Lots of variety.

Great if you like organic foods

We have been doing almost all our food/household shopping at the Prescott Natural Grocers since we moved to AZ in 2019. Great, fresh organic foods, alternative household supplies, great stock of vitamins & supplements and well trained staff to assist. Store is always clean and well stocked. Last but certainly NOT least, staff provides some of the VERY BEST customer service we've found! The days leading up to Thanksgiving were a good example ~ shelves, freezer section, and produce well stocked and re-stocked. Incredible customer service with a smile. One of Prescott's best!!

Great quality and selection of food and supplements, for all sorts of diets. Store staff very helpful. Sometimes items are a little pricey, but sale items are usually priced the same as other stores, and occasionally I'll find a fantastic deal. I can often get hard-to-find items here.

Natty G's is .. well, magical.

How to describe such a place? It's easy for me to forget the luxury of having such fresh, living, energetic food.. I come here just about every day. There are many places to live without this kind of access to real food.

Their produce is all organic, which is really cool. Also a lot of options for super healthy vegan snack food, and the best chocolate I've ever had (Honey Mama's). It's incredible.. there's good supplements, all kinds of oils and lotions, frozen foods, medicines, whatever you may need.

It's easy to run into friends. The people who work here are beautiful souls. I'm blessed to be able to shop here.

This place has got a lot of great quality organic food. This is the only place in town where I can get the organic bacon, among other delicious Dankness.
I feel much safer in this store since they started enforcing a mask policy for the protection of their customers and employees. I know a few customers had thrown temper tantrums about having to wear masks, but it was the right decision.
Sorry about the people in this town who do not understand simple science!

This was my first time here but I loved it! It was great to have a nice young lady (Layla), who greeted customers and sanitized the carts. She was very friendly! It gave you the feeling the store cared about health and safety. Nice selection of healthy food items for the small size of the store.

I am glad Natural Grocers has still remained in business after heavy competition from other health food stores. I frequent this Prescott location very intermittently, but I've always loved the customer service. I believe this is part of the reason they remain in business in such a small town.

On this particular trip I only needed a few things. I grabbed my things and was in line within a few minutes.

***This is where my 5 star review comes from.***

I spent a solid 10 minutes in line before the cashier, Allyson, was able to ring me up. As a cashier or any employee providing customer care to a service that requires people to wait in line, I understand the panic and anxiety that can come from lines getting longer.

The two lines grew longer and each new customer being checked out seemed to either be paying by hang written checks or had detailed returns. It didn't matter to Allyson though! By the time my items and I made it to the sweet-sweet conveyor belt, Allyson was patient, calm, and still very welcoming to me! Although the wait was long, I left feeling very happy and hopeful that Natural Grocers can remain in business with customer service like Allyson's!

In conclusion, long lines are apart of life. Long lines can be frustrating for those in line and the ones servicing the long line. How we process the waiting is what is important in my opinion. And in my opinion, the cashiers and floor employees of Natural Grocers in Prescott are handling everything great! I hope management realizes this : )

Just another natural grocers store to buy all your organic produce, meats, dairy, frozen, bulk, etc. Small store compared to the one in used to though. Cashier was really friendly but the staff on duty could of ask the customers for help as I didn't see this happening. But over all good store.

I was looking for rice cakes and asked a gentleman stocking lunch meat if he could direct me. He walked me to where they were located and even explained what they had in stock, and what they were out of. I thanked him and he said if I needed anything else I would find him back where I first saw him. To me this level of customer service is above and beyond my expectations and experience at other stores. I've never had anything but a great experience at Natural Grocers on Gail Gardner. Thanks!

Prices a bit high.

It is really nice to be able to walk into the store and know that all the fresh food you buy is going to be organic. You don't have to double check everything. The prices are okay - not great not terrible. They do sell some bulk foods, but they're all pre-packaged, so you can't choose the amount you purchase. The only time that's really a problem is for spices because you end up buying more than you need to fill your spice jar. All the staff are cheerful and helpful.
