Thanks to Brandon for all the help figuring out which modem and router would be best for my home needs and for asking questions and offering real life experiences and advice

Had a fairly decent experience buying a printer here recently.
For reasons, I had to return the printer, and this is where Best Buy kept a customer :)

Super easy, clear and helpful to get the return situated. Team members did not make me feel bad at all. Very thankful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. At the entrance the gentleman pointed me in the right direction, but then the cashier took it a step further by overhearing what I needed then gave me further direction when he saw I was close but a little off of the correct location. Great customer service.

This location has some awesome, very well-rounded, and knowledgeable employees. When you need help, you get it. Your requests are granted. However, all of the 1-800 departments that are not located in that store and they all need to collaborate and communicate better. Thank you, guys. YOU ROCK!!!!

Customer service was wonderful I had to go in and get a headset for my work for the telephone system for a computer. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable in headphones that I was looking at. He was able to help me make the decision on what set to get what's up what's going to last longest etc. I would suggest this Best Buy to others without hesitation.

Picked up a new laptop, and they were very customer oriented. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Enjoy shopping at the location.

Our television decided to quite & didn't give a 2 wk notice. So after searching on the internet we went to Best Buy. Found what we wanted, bought it & home we went. By the way Best Buy was less money than the other stores. Employees answered our questions and I enjoyed the no pressure of buying the TV.

Great customer service when looking for phone accessories, having phone problems and appliances. In home service to check measurements for free and free gee squad appt if you are not a member. :) Thank you for the services!

I was able to by an 85 inch television here for the same price as online retailers. Got what we wanted and helped the local economy.

I finally updated my manual everything 2006 Ram 1500 with a hands-free phone radio combo. They were able to install the mic on my steering column. The staff was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
I feel much safer on the road making and receiving phone calls.

Great place. Ordered off the Internet and was ready to be picked up by the time I got there. Fast service.

The Computer Nerds that work there are helpful and knowledgeable, ordered the computer that i needed for my business. The Geek squad, saved me time and money on my dead computer and set me up a time to setup my new computer when it arrives so that my down time isn't that bad. Thank you Nerds and Geeks, i appreciate you more than i can express!

Alex with the man bun was super helpful for me. I was really distraught and was about to call it quits from shopping at best buy ever again after being a dedicated customer for years. We bought a new dishwasher and they brought it out and loaded it in the truck.

Great service and assistance. Products cost will be adjusted if it is not in line with cost for the same product at another competitor. Have used them for multiple projects in the last year. Great staff! Always super helpfull. Absolutely recommend Beat Buy.

Just made a quick bathroom break. Looked at a few tv's on way out. Prices seemed fair,maybe later on we'll stop in and check out other items of interest.

Got new computer and we are happy. Easy and fast buy.

Clerk was VERY helpful. We were looking for a Smart Watch and he was abke to provide excellent information on the units. Husband was new to the technology and was able to test the units and select the best unit to meet his needs and goals.
