We had such a great time! The Christmas 🎄 lights and decorations are beautiful! The grandkids had a blast! Great idea offering the hot cocoa with options of shots to put in the cocoa for parents! Love the MULLED WINE! I've never had it before but soooo good!

Really neat place. They have an assortment of native and non native species of animals. It was well organized and easy to navigate. Great way to spend a few hours.

I love this place so much that if I lived nearby I would be very happy to volunteer there. This is a wonderful sanctuary to visit. It's clearly obvious the animals are well cared for. It's a small sanctuary so you can walk around and see everything in a little over an hour but there's a lot to see and it's beautiful there. Lots of shade and it's just a peaceful place to be if you're looking to get away from the hot temps and congestion in the valley.

What a sanctuary! Easy to do in two hours with many animals to see, this is nice to have in a small community. Great displays with animal information and animal names. Many interactive areas for the kids to play and see the animals. Kiwani’s Korner was great! Plenty of picnic spots to eat at and animal watch. Kids can also cool down at the splash pad. Prices have recently increased.

Took my daughter and mom during fall break. Was a great experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and fun. They have a duck that dances when you sing his name. Watching the staff feed the Mosaic jaguar was a treat.

This wonderful sanctuary is truly a special place that is committed to the care and well-being of animals in need.

The sanctuary is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting that immediately puts visitors at ease. From the moment I arrived, I could sense the love and care that goes into the daily operations of the sanctuary. The staff - all volunteers, are all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about the animals they care for.

One of the things that impressed me the most about the park is that there is a diverse group of animals living here, and each one is given the utmost attention and care. I especially enjoyed the mountain lion talk, in which a volunteer explained all there is to know about this elegant and adorable creature.

The animal habitats are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It was clear that the staff and volunteers go above and beyond to provide a comfortable and safe environment for the animals.

In addition to the excellent care provided to the animals, the sanctuary is also committed to promoting animal welfare and responsible animal ownership.

Overall, I recommend this place that is doing important work to care for animals in need. Whether you're an animal lover or just looking for a peaceful place to visit, this sanctuary is definitely worth a visit.

I go to the zoo every time I go to Prescott. Both times, I have missed the bear. Sad. The retile house wasn't open this time, but that's ok. It really is a great experience for being so little. Plus it rained while I was there so it was the best!!! Scared of spiders, but the spider grotto is soooooo cool!!

We really enjoyed this zoo because the size was perfect. They have animals that have been injured or kept as pets. They had animal spotlights you could attend to hear more details about the species and the zoo's individual animal. They had other fun events advertised as well. It also has a splash pad, playground, grassy area, and ramada for picnics or party reservations.

Cool, little zoo in prescott. Takes about 2 hours to walk through all the exhibits. They have a small playground area to tire out the kids. Bathrooms are decent and adequate.

Went to visit with the family and we enjoyed our time there. It was our first time and a lot of animals weren’t out due to the cold which is understandable but we still enjoyed seeing all the animals. I also think it is something super inexpensive to do with the family for $12 a person (adult). There is also a park to which you can go walk; however we didn’t explore this option. Attached are all the pretty animals we saw.

This is a really fun, sweet zoo! All the animals are either rescues or bred in captivity, and all the staff are super friendly and open to answering any questions about the animals. They clearly love what they do. Definitely recommend!

What a great sanctuary. Fair entrance price for a great cause. It was good to see a steady flow of visitors, but not too crowded.

Small and quaint little zoo...bonus that it's blocks away from my house too! Majority of the animals are rescue or were injured and unable to be released back into the wild. Quite a nice variety of animals to see. Appears well cared for and clean. A perfect afternoon! A small petting zoo for the kids is a nice bonus for the smaller kids! The staff we've encountered have always been very kind. We love to go here often so we got an annual pass!

Loved this place! Took my 4 and 5 year old and they loved seeing all the animals. The staff was so friendly and gave us background information about all the animals. You could tell they truly cared about each and every animal!
