Very friendly service, nice guys all around. They’re doing Amazon returns now at Staples so I expect their business will double. The cashier said it’s been non stop since they started accepting Amazon goods for return a few months ago.

The person behind the counter in printing went out of his way to help me with a printer issue. In the process, I left my flash drive there. They were nice enough to email me the contents versus me having to drive an hour out of my way to retrieve it. THANK YOU for the customer service!!

Associates Jacob and Jeff went above and beyond to find a suitable ac adapter for myself and really helped me learn a few new things in regards to making sure I get that oh so exclusive warranty for my Acer aspire next time

I need a new home office chair. my old one was just terrible.
I need to go up and figure out the right chair for me.
I knew that Staple's would have a big selection to try out and choose from.

I wish I could remember the gentleman that helped me. I am terrible with names. He really did a spectacular job helping me find a chair.
After about trying around 15 different chairs, I finally found the one I liked.
To my luck, they had one left in stock. I went with the arcadian executive chair by Lazboy. It is now my second day using it, and I am pleased with my purchase.

Today Jay provided outstanding service. He was very professional and made sure my concerns were addressed. When he noticed that I had entered the store he wanted to know if he could assist me. I have become used to searching for assistance and having those that you find no listen to your request. He went about the standards of customer service. It was such a treat to know that customer service still exist. Congratulation Staples for having an asset like Jay working in your store.

This place never seems to be too busy, but who can blame them... everything is being done online these days... but I really hope they don’t close. They got great services here and everyone is super polite. In a day and age where customer service is king, this place definitely gets it done and trains their employees well.

Staff was helpful and I was impressed by them. I was buying a filing cabinet but there was 2 different prices on it. They honored the lower price. They helped us find phone and computer accessories. It was a good experience!

Tiffany and Grace assisted me while creating a custom stamp and they were AWESOME. They talked me through the process and made sure things were perfect while laughing and having fun. The stamps came out perfectly and it makes me smile every time I use it .

Older gentleman working there helped me with my online purchase. He wasn't too keen on computers but he was trying his best. I respect him alot for putting 100% in his work. A+ staff!

Very helpful clerks & cashiers. Forgot my readers so a young man looked up which ink I needed & found it for me, then helped with pick up of posters I'd ordered on line

I went in to buy an office chair, and they have a great selection! The staff there is friendly and attentive, and helped me to find what I believe will be the perfect chair for working from home! They helped me get the chair out to my car too!

Customer service at this Staples location is great! A gentleman (I didn't catch his name, unfortunately) helped me find the product I was looking for in the store and price matched it to a lower priced product on their website that is the same thing and saved me a lot of money.

A very large selection of laptops and computers to choose from. One of the larger selections in the Metro Detroit area.

Staff very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a desk chair. They have lots to choose from and will even assemble the chair for a very low fee, which is great because i was looking for a chair that i would not have to assemble myself.
